    Pretty damn good! Especially as it's only your second pony drawing! When drawing hooves and ears the main thing you need to take into account is the angling of things, just like when drawing people it's important because which way the ears face can greatly change how you draw them As for hooves themselves... It sounds stupid but I make the gesture myself that the pony makes, that way I know which part of the hoof faces which way... But I'm weird like that

    This will be for the first 3 people who comment with a character reference (Or preferably a reference picture), their OC's name and their OC's motto or quote. I also recommend choosing the dimensions (In pixels). I will probably end up doing more at some point but I tend to get distracted if I have too many of the same thing going at the same time This is kind of what you'll be getting:

    Basically I'd say try to go for smoother lines (For instance when you do outlines) because it kinda makes it stand out from the backing more

    I shall take the perspective of a critic I think it looks amazing! The colours and shading really work well with the overall piece! The anatomy is incredibly show accurate and despite the fact you say you're not good at using the marker tool or doing background I think they're simply amazingly done 10/10 from me! (Also: Why does it say I spelled 'colours' wrong?! I'm English not wrong!)

    Majestic Derpy is best Derpy... Also: Celestia looks pretty badass infront of the sun you've put in the background! Be it sunrise or sunset it's beautiful!

    I tend to get up around 6:00 every day, log into my laptop and quickly respond to business emails... Then check all the forums I browse followed by a lite breakfast and a shower before getting dressed (I tend to wear a suit ) and heading to my office

    I really wouldn't... Part of what makes life so enjoyable for me is my friends and family! Losing them would make my life dull and depressing!

    I chose 'AskPortalPonies' because that's the name of my Tumblr blog so it fits My other username is 'Director_Shade'... I chose that because shade is my last name and I'm the director of some projects

    I must say I rather like your OC! HE looks like he'd be charming... Not sure what about him makes me thing that I just do! I rather like the drawing/colouring style and the shading you've done really makes him stand out

    I'd say it looks really good! My one piece of advice is for when you colour it, remember to shade accurately so as to give the picture depth

    Wow... That would be considered good even if you hadn't been completely drunk whilst drawing it! As for adding depth I tend to do it by choosing a light direction then adding darker colours on the far side from the light and slightly lighter colours on the side where you've decided light is coming from, it kinda make the face 'pop out' a bit more

    Definite improvement! Like ponycide said how you draw hair has gotten a lot better and seems quite realistic now! Keep at it as it looks great

    I really like it! It kinda looks like an action shot of your OC flying! Almost seems like it's turned back to talk to a friend... Not sure why it makes me think of that! And yes! I am more relaxed drawing my own OC

    The picture looks really good! The dirt/ash effect is very effective and I really like the character's facial expression Keep it up!
