    One month... We are now at ONE month to go... And from the recent episode synopsis, it looks like the season opener is going to be epic! Hyped?

    Well guys, the end is just about upon us. I gotta say, this one has been ESPECIALLY hard for us. With the reduction of episodes of S3, Alicorn Twilight, and Equestria Girls, this period of non-pony has been hard to sit through. So, how have you guys been passing the time and how will you pass the remaining time?

    Look, I know that MLP mainly exists just to sell toys. But who here thinks that the toys actually do the show a disservice? They're hardly ever accurate, they introduce concepts that aren't even referenced in the show, and they even create controversy from time to time. (Pink Celestia, really?) And don't even get me started on EQG! That is the biggest piece of executive meddling from Hasbro I've seen since I joined the fandom. Thoughts?

    I'm sorry. But I'm quite fond of my...equipment and don't wish to lose it. I'll admit, it would be interesting, but I would have to respectfully decline.

    Now don't get me wrong. I like season 3 overall, I even like MMC. But there were some choices that were made that could have gone better. Seriously, did we really need two episodes with Babs Seed? Two Spike themed episodes? A 'Discord is reformed' episode, which I call the biggest mishandling of the season? If the endrun of this season was just to turn Twilight into an alicorn, I would have doubled down and just devoted the entire season to expand on it. The closest we get to this theme is the beginning of Too Many Pinkie Pies and Magic Duel. That's just my two bits.

    Easily one of Meghan McCarthy's best episodes. Now, for all of the bashing the woman gets, she can write well. I just feel like she can write certain KINDS of episodes. The smaller, slice of life stuff, she rocks at. The big epic episodes, that's where she struggles a bit. Personally, I would leave the epic to the other writers and have her focus on what she's good at. Another thing I think happens is that now that she's in Faust's position, when she writes herself, she isn't critical enough of her own writing. Maybe this will change in season 4, but that's just my two cents.

    Right on! That's what I wanna hear! Twilight is my favorite pony. (Voiced by Tara Strong so you KNOW the character's good.) And I want to see what the writers do now that she's in this position.

    Man, I can't wait to see how the Japanese handle alicorn twilight. Anyway, I do like the manga. Hopefully our friends across the way grow to love the show.

    THANK YOU! Finally somepony who understands the scene. For anyone else, check out Digibrony's videos on the episode and Alicorn Princess Twilight Sparkle. If you keep the same opinion, all the power to you. I thought the episode was a little rushed too, but for what we got, it could have been a LOT worse.

    Ok, I have to bring this up, because a LOT of people misrepresent or misunderstand what happens in the scene. Celestia did NOT TURN Twilight into an alicorn. Watch the scene again, her horn did NOT flair up or glow. The magic came from within Twilight, signifying individual growth in power and what have you. Again, Celestia may have guided her, but Twilight put in the work.

    I personally would like to have more world building / history episodes. With the season 2 finale and season 3 overall, the history has had a few holes puched through it. Like, how about more background into Cadence and Shining Armor? They've gotten married, taken over an empire, and gotten the opportunity to host the Equestria Games, and they've only been in 6 episodes! Nightmare Moon's backstory is gonna be a boost, but all of these new elements need some development as well.

    Ok, forgive me if I sound blasphemous right now. But I like Sombra's plan better than Queen Chrysalis's. Now before you flame me, hear me out. Sombra's plan may have been a bit basic, but at least it was comprehensible. And he worked logically to accomplish his goal. With Queen Chrysalis, you get a plan that, when you break it down, makes no real sense. That's just my two bits.

    Here's another thing. Why is this movie set in the crystal empire? When you think about it, it doesn't really need to be there. If it were in Canterlot, at least it would make sense for shimmer to know the layout and everything.

    What's your absolute favorite song from the show? For me, it's Smile Smile Smile. Why? Because it is truly Pinkie's song. It says so much about her character, who she is, what she wants, and what makes her happy. She isn't an idiot or an airhead, she just has a simple and noble goal: spreading laughter wherever she goes. Pinkie's not even my favorite pony and I love that song.

    I think it would be kinda awesome if they were. It would change their dynamic and how they see each other. Maybe Pinkie's some distant cousin or something....

    I think the thing with Flash Sentry is just how inconsequential he was to everything. Seriously, you could write him completely out of the movie, have one of the other human mane 5 do what he did in Luna's office, and the story would have been a little stronger for it.

    Oh, boy. How do I explain this....uh... When a mommy pony and a daddy pony love each other very much, they do a special little dance and a few months later, a baby comes along.

    If Celestia was smart, she would BREAK that freaking mirror before it causes any more problems! They almost lost the elements this time around!

    Here's my two cents on how some bronies call the group: Twilight and her sidekick five. I don't think that's a good assumtion. The group works TOGETHER. They support EACH OTHER. And there have been episodes where the others have solved each others problems WITHOUT Twilight. And say whatever you will, Twilight is very clearly the series' MAIN CHARACTER. She starts off as an introvert who doesn't want friends, goes through some trials and tribulations, and eventually becomes an alicorn. It may have been sketchy at times, but hey, at least she had an arc. At least we all clearly understood what the F!$@ was going on!

    Ok, this is just an aside, and I know it goes against the whole "love and tolerate" thing we have going on, But who here wants to freaking CURB-STOMP Shimmer for all of the crap she put Twilight through? Seriously, you mess with my best pony, you're entering a world of pain!

    Hope that it's so, but it probably won't. It's probably the results of some contest or something that the hub was running. I think if you vote enough for one character, they play a marathon of their episodes. Still...on can dream.

    It says "To Be Continued" at the end. I hope they use it to fill in more plot holes. Like, how did Sunset know about Twilight? How did she know the layout of the crystal castle? How did she know where the crown was gonna be when she decided to steal it?
