Omg~ I have a parrot too, much like yours in size. My girl is a Brown Headed Parrot which don't seem all that common here (UK). I love my parrot but she is very moody at times >.<; Here is a photo of her: I have a lot of animals... some cats, dogs, tortoises, chicken, ducks, chinchillas, rabbits. Haven't got photos of all of them to hand though. I love seeing everyones' pets ! Thanks for sharing everyone~!

I was worried that I was being a bit reserved with her pale/subdued colours, but I didn't think anything else would suit her name/theme. I think the yellow does the job to make her interesting :3~ My other ideas for ponies were a lot brighter and bolder but a part of me likes paler colours. Good to know you're one that enjoys commissions. I have done a lot of commission work over the years so have lots of experience. Haven't taken anything for a few months though, but if I ever start again or randomly feel like do the odd few, I can let you know ^^;

^^ Little bit nervous but here goes. This is the first image of my new pony girl, Winter Blossom. I wanted to keep a lot of the FiM style happening but also give the style my own twist. It's something I don't usually draw so... experimentation, ho! I hope you like her~ I want to draw more of her and find my own style for ponies. I have more character designs that I love but am not sure I will use... so perhaps I'll find some homes for them sometime. If it isn't clear, her cutie mark is a branch of cherry blossom and snow falling. It's the first thing that I cam up with but I -may- end up changing it. I don't know, so many ideas~! Welcome to the forums, everyone seems very friendly here. You can belong :3! I know how bullies can make you feel terrible and those things they say can stay with you for years and years. It happened to me and I have never had any confidence, but I HAVE learned that standing up to people earns you a lot of respect and you must be yourself, whoever you are. So keep fighting through it, and always let people help when you feel at your worst. Lots of people out there are kind and supportive, you just have to find them. Enjoy your stay I hope you make friends!

Welcome~! I am new too and I see lots of new members since yesterday XD! Nice to see someone from the UK too. I used to play WoW until Cataclysm... I think it was like 6 or 7 years before that that I played :x bit of a WoW vet XD! Kinda tempted to go back but... bah. Already play Guild Wars 2 and I don't have as much time for that as I'd like. Your OC designs are really neat! I LOVE Short Fuse. Specially the little touch with her tail. That's adorable. Very cool, and far more creative than anything I've come up with as far as names/themes go! :3 I need to try and use vectors. They scare me XD I'm so used to working with programs that don't support vectoring and having to ink by hand for hours.

Aww she is so sweet! I really do like her face. ! What colours is she? I don't think any criticism is necessary here... just smoother lines but you mentioned it was a sort of quick sketch already. I hope you post some more :3!

Hello there ! Now, I have to admit, this is something I haven't done for many years, so I am a teeny bit nervous. I used to frequent some forums back when I was younger but I am so out of touch with using them these days as I tend to stick to an art site. Firstly, I am here because I am now part of a fan project which I came to learn about via the lovely Dreamsong. You'll know her as having an utterly beautiful singing voice (I am a big fan of hers, and that's how we got talking). She asked me a few weeks back if I'd consider offering my voice for a character in a fanmade MLP project and I agreed to give it a try. This was a bit daunting because I have never done any voice acting before, and I didn't know if I'd be good enough... but turns out I did alright, and I am sure I can learn to be better once I find my feet. Well, here's a bit about me. I live in the UK, in England. I'm a musician (I play the guitar) and singer as well as an artist who draws mostly fantasy and anthro characters. I've spent many years taking art commissions which means I have learned a lot about drawing and about different people. I enjoy writing sometimes as well... I kinda do a little of everything creative. I am also an avid PC gamer (mostly shooters like Borderlands, or MMOs like Guild Wars 2). I also mod and texture in SecondLife sometimes which I enjoy very much, and I keep a blog of what I learn along the way. I -may- make time to mod my own MLP avatar too. That would be fun! I found MLP:FiM via my best friend who was really taken with the show. At first I didn't get what the hype was about so I took a while to watch the show. Once I did, I got hooked and I watched all of it. My friend didn't keep up - I ended up watching it more than him in the end. Although I haven't drawn much fanart of the show, I do want to start and have created a sort of pony-sona already and have also designed some other characters in the process which I may have to find homes for at some point! I may be more of a lurker around here as I am very new to this fandom but wanted to say hi anyway. I've heard that fans of MLP are very friendly and accepting . Thanks for reading ~ - LilyPad
