spending time with my family, doing a bit of drinking (for fun, no sadness involved), and listening to music. Also have a job with great people at Dollar Tree and reconnecting with old friends. Life is going good

Had a small conversation with my ex today. My things are packed away nicely and will be ready for me in a couple months to get. I’m still hurt and upset at the pain he caused me but we have parted ways in a healthy manner. He wanted me to still be in his life, but I told him he was too toxic for me. That he was too immature in key concepts that I couldn’t be in his life anymore. I’m going to put myself out there when I go back to college. Things are looking up.

Yep. He has so much potential to be a good friend, but he’s just to immature for me to be around. I told him maybe one day we can be friends, but he has a lot of growing up to do. And that my romantic feelings for him are dead so when he’s ready to grow up we might be able to at least be cordial with each other.

The hardest part of being single is not having someone there for you at almost all times. It’s a little lonely. I’m sure he’s already hooking up with someone or looking to. 🤷🏻♀️

So today went surprisingly well. Was happier 1 day without him than when I was with him for the past year. Also got some beer. Legally lol, with my parents. So Texas Law type legal. For those concerned since I got an mic in February.

I actually had really long hair for most of my life. It was down to like the middle of my chest. Literally chopped it all of on a whim. Best decision I ever made.
