Roaming Logic

Well... I've been called out as homosexual due to being a brony (me and Celestia-knows how many others), a brute (well, I'll admit I'm brusque, but I can still outsmart most), and a nerd (so was Bill Gates.) I think it's safe to say that I (like most of us) have been picked on for not conforming to the ideals concerning social/gender expectations that were laid over generations. The only thing I have to say to the conformists is: I will be what I am. Console gaming is more a preference than anything. Also, FIFA, like Madden, is a sad example of a video game, for it probably be cheaper and far more productive to play the real thing outside. Concerning Cod, I prefer mine breaded, deep-fried and served with some, golden, thick cut fries I think it to be... well, a game. Nothing about it stands out to me. Same thing with Gears of War. If I want an FPS to play, I'll take the one that's free, not 30-70 dollars, + DLCs if you fall for them. In my case, my FPS fix is Team Fortress 2- nice and casual (and bloody funny, literally and figuratively), but also has its own competitive levels. Even then, I stand out from most of the mercenaries that play by not giving a buck about hats. (Like this.)

*bump* Seriously, am I the only one here that still plays this game? It's kinda... depressing D: (Damn you PS3 and Xbox 360... and other games.)

(I've tried my hand at fanfiction, but I'm not too active for it ) I've had the fortune of having tolerant non-brony friends and family, as well as access to a brony group. BULL S*yay~*! There's always been the internet! ... HI everypony! The name is Roaming Logic (just call me Roan if ctrl+c is too much effort). I'm a late comer in terms of being a brony, for I was... A bloody hater. For a while, I hated anything brony related (and, at least on TF2, dominated anyone who was one.) Then one day the Fire Nation attacked I got my virtual flank handed to me at least 27 times. By a brony. After being humbled, I begrudgingly promised him to watch an episode (he and I were server regulars, so we often butted heads outside of my hatred.) Anywho, I watched episode 1. "I'm... a brony!" I hadn't seen anything interesting in good long while. So, I took off through the episodes (Season 2 was just ending at the time) Now, with that history behind me, my interests now lie in adventure-fics, specifically ones that have war, political intrigue, and the "Soldier-Side" perspectives. However, I do like comedy, slice of life, and minor romance (hot and heavy romance is more a distraction from the story to me than a emphasis) As for games, I play: Diablo 3 (Still hanging in there, I want that expansion D:) Minecraft (Creative outlet since I can't draw for s*yay~*) Team Fortress 2 (Gameplay is hilarious! Oh look, your spleen!) Maplestory (I need help quitting this...) League of Legends (I'm a filthy casual... Rammus is my guy) Now, for the stereotypical questions (that I can think of) Q: Who is your favorite pony? A: Well, I have a strange-ish answer to that one; my favorite pony is Lyra Heartstrings. HOWEVER! My favorite Princess is Luna. Q: What did you think of Equestria Girls (EQG)? A: I honestly was surprised for a brief time that Hasbro would do this, but I didn't outright hate it. I did ponder that Hasbro, as a toy company with strong competitors, needed to make a move to stay in sight of its customers (intended audience or otherwise). Q: What are your favorite pairings? A: Well, I'm OK with most. If I were to say which ones... Shining Armor x Princess Cadence (Canon couples can be good.) Discord x Celestia Spike x CMC (Not all of them at once!)
