Considering you're wearing a backpack that is designed for primary school girls... yeah, you do look silly in it.

You can tell by the straps alone that it doesn't fit you. Backpack straps are supposed to go in a straight line to your back, you can tell it's a childs backback as the straps are nearly in the center of the actual bag.

Take this as an example of what the straps of a backpack should look like on someone older than <10.

I think we already discussed this over Skype, so you know how I feel about it.

You are genuinely a great friend, and going from conversations I remember having with you, you'll be better off in the long run without having to deal with the worries that being a moderator brings.

What does everyone's current character look like? [Going off the last game/save you played?]

This one is mine :3 Screenshot is a little outdated, but meh. Still shows off her face and that. She's a Wood Elf, called Kaze ;D

I put average in terms of sleeping, and neutral in terms of how I like it.

When it comes to like, hours, I do 6, 7 at a push. So I always wake up early, which can be a bit frustrating at times. I'm not overly bothered when it comes to getting up or going to bed. When I'm tired I look forward to it, otherwise it's just, eh whatever?

I forgot about Slenderpony! I need to draw him with my OC! Btw ur a really good artist, hats off to u fellow brony :3

 

It's cool :3 I like your OC :3 different from the usual ponies xD It's rare to see other MLP themed characters that aren't just ponies. Like, Gryphons for example x3

I think I change on a day to day basis personally. Maybe it's because I have an implant so my moods are all over the place.

I think I'm very similar to what chaos described himself as. I lack self-esteem, and I only really get little surges every now and again, in terms of feeling happy with myself/good. I don't ever feel like I'm good at the things I do, and always consider people to be 'higher up' than me... well, in most cases. It's a bit different with younger people. But meh. I can be confident if I force myself to be, and generally only be 'myself' around people I trust/people who grow on me. The rest of the time, irl, I tend to just be more passive/quiet. Online I'm a bit more outgoing... but y'know.

Sure! I just merged a whole heap of furry-centric threads together under one collective title. In the future, if you happen to spot any other furry threads floating around, send us a report and we'll merge them all together. ^^

Meep just beat me to what I was going to say. Why don't people use the SEARCH FUNCTION before posting a thread. Obviously this thread has been created after seeing the thread that was lurking around yesterday. There's like what, 9 or so threads now? Why don't people just read through other peoples replies for the opinions instead of just posting another thread and getting people posting the same thing, over and over. It's pointless...

Or, can't Mods just merge like, all the similar furry threads into one? Pin it maybe? :I It's really annoying seeing shit about a completely different fandom on a PONY forum.

Meep beat me to it... but meh. xD There's loads of topics on this. Why don't you use the search function in future instead of posting yet another repeating topic on a fandom that has nothing to do with ponies? There's like 9 threads of something now. Everyone just posts basically the same reply over and over.

I think it would be a good idea if the mods merged all the threads into just one single debate/opinion thread or whatever. It's getting annoying, and boring seeing the same posts and topics over and over... even more so when they have nothing to do with what the forum is supposed to be for. y'know, MLP?

It's not the parents fault. People have children at different ages. Someone could be 20 and have a 40 year old parent, and someone could be 15 and have the same aged parent.

It's the media that has done it.

They'll be taken care of swiftly if we receive word of the specific posts in question via the proper channels (ie. the report system). But thanks for the heads-up. There isn't anything I can really change other than get the moderators to crack down harder on people who post NSFW material here. It's something that the proposed new warning system is projected to help out with.

 

By the way, all legalities aside, I still have no interest in hosting an 18+ discussion area here, even if I was old enough to be a part of it myself. It's just not something I feel is all that important to MLP Forums.

 

Yeah, I can understand that. I was just wanting to point out that I had noticed a lot of NSFW posts starting to crop up a lot more often.

With the 18+ stuff, I can totally understand. I was just saying that it's what other forums do to sort out the nsfw stuff. I wasn't saying that MLPforums should have it or anything, because let's be honest, it's a forum for a CHILDS program. There shouldn't be ANY of that kinda stuff...

Society today is really bad. I can completely agree with this.

I think we all understand what is currently happening around us, we see it on a day to day basis. It does genuinely make me feel gutted seeing kids 'growing up too fast'. All I can say is that when I was 13-16 I wasn't dressing or acting like they did at all.

I could go into great detail of the differences of about 4 years. But it's a bit pointless as I think everyone can see and understand that for themselves if they take a step back and just look.

Right now, I can't see society EVER fixing itself... Let's face it, as each generation passes, the world is getting more violent, slutty, etc. I think we're going to be the ones that destroy ourselves. :/

I'll break it down.

 

I always check the new topics list on the forums right there on the hook at the side. I usually only see the first 5 new topics and always try to check them out for duplicates or NSFW content. If they are blatantly obvious.

 

But I will lay it down on all of you. First off, posting NSFW content is strictly prohibited, be it sexual acts, gore, rape, brutal murder. Pretty much anything you wouldn't want your boss to see when he passes your cubicle at work. Pretty much where NSFW (Not Suited For Work) comes from. This is all types of form this could be in. be it text, visual art, an animation, even music. If it is inappropriate, do not post it.

 

Secondly, I always ask all members to be diligent, always. We can never have too many reports on a single topic or post. The forum produces an average of 4,000 posts per day, and the modponies cannot be aware of all of them. And as the forum activity increases, the amount of posts per day also increases. Reporting is vital to keep us aware. While action won't always be immediate, it will be eventual.

 

I hope you all understand and stop bickering. There is a sitewide ban on posting any such content, no matter what form it takes.

Ehhhh.... well making a subforum that's only for people over the age of 18 isn't exactly the best idea, considering Feld0 himself is 17, I'm not sure he'd like that, plus I can easily change my age to view it, and everypony here knows I would o3o

I think everyone is not completely understanding what I'm trying to explain. I'm saying that it's getting a bit out of hand and I wanted to point it out. You know, considering this is the feedback and suggestion sub-forum. It was mainly intended for moderators/admin to see.

Also, Twilie, please look up the definition of Pornography before you post.

Pornography: 'Printed or visual material containing the explicit description or display of sexual organs or activity'.

That means fanfiction too.
