    First I had Colgate as my fave cos I wanted one that barely anyone else had, then my first Mane 6 fave was Fluttershy, not sure why, just found her amusing. One way or another I've had all of the Mane 6 as my favourite, that's why I find this show so entertaining, if all of them can deviate between your favourite, it shows that they're really good, diverse, complex characters.

    I've always been mostly into 80's-90's rock like Iron Maiden and Def Leppard but I've started listening to slightly heavier stuff recently. I've developed a bit of a soft spot for pretty much every other genre, probably through the fandom's musicians, but they aren't my go-to choice over rock.
