My Favourite Mane 6 Pony: Fluttershy How did you find MLP Forums?: I was on google and I clicked on an link to get to mlpforums, it used the DNS to find the website on which server it is on and downloaded the page to my browser, it used Html the decode it and display it as a webpage How you became a fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic: how I became a brony?Well, that's a long story... you ready for it?A long time ago (in a galaxy far, far away) in the year 2011 on date September 10th, I was on my computer up late and I saw a video on YouTube which was lip-syncing of Star Trek Audio with My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic Characters.I was fascinated by how well It was lip-synced with the ponies that I added it to my favourites, as I do add rather random things to my favourites regardless of how random they may seem, for example I have one called "How to become a Botanist" even though I have no interest in Botany, I saved it because of my randomness.Later that year on November 26th or 27th or 28th, I have no idea what day exactly as when I came to finding these times of when I became a brony, it was at least 3 weeks after I did the event and my internet history doesn't go back that far, so some of the knowledge was lost, however I have tried my best to find exact times with other methods, for example: file dates on my computer.But on that event, I searched for 'YTPMV' in the YouTube search bar, which is part of a YouTube series of Videos called YTP's, which is a video from an original source that has been edited with many jokes, to make it funny.A YTPMV is like a YTP but is basically a music video, a video from an original source where clips that have a musical note like quality where you can pitch shift the clip to piece together and make music, something I quite like watching.Anyway in about the first two results there was a My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic YTPMV, with the Fluttershy clip from Bridle Gossip the Season 1 episode when she is nicknamed Flutterguy by spike, where she says "I don't wanna talk about it...".By taking the sound of "do" from "don't" and pitch shifting it to make a song, the Video made the popular song called BRODYQUEST. which because of the ponies it made me remember about the ponies I saw on September 10th that year.And then I got to me... YTPMV's mostly are made by men, I didn't know of any lady editors that have made a YTPMV, and there were tons of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic YTPMV's all over the place, if the majority are male then, how much work would a lady have to do to make all of these YTPMV's? there were lots of them, and made by different Artists, so I could only assume that men would make them, so then I asked the question!Why would a Man make something to do with My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic? It was a little girls show!...Or so I thought! Until when I researched into it further, I was surprised to see men were liking it as well? ...and they call themselves bronies!I was so surprised, to see men liking something for little girls, so I decided to like it as well, and from that day forth all my things I do on the internet are My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic based.On the day 1st Jan 2012 I watched the first episode, and it wasn't until about the 10th Jan that I decide to call myself an official brony!So, I was converted into a brony over many months, with only me and my computer, to turn me into one, none of my friends told me about it, I wasn't told by anypony! I just found it out via my computer, good thing I'm always Open Minded towards things!
