Today, for the first time, I have a conversation with a new friend which I longed so much! And in the middle of a conversation I just fell asleep literally! It'because of different time and my overall lack of sleep today, but it's a silly exuce. Geez, at that moments I really ashamed of myself! Such a nice way to start a friendship!

Hi! Other day I watched this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZOETUvaOxDA (by the way, could you explain me how actually show YouTube clip here ) In short, mind-wandering is bad. It leads you to unhappiness. If you live only here and now, you are happy. The most happiest people ever don't mind-wandering. As for me, it's impossible to imagine to live without this activity. I mean, how I even be able to dream, if I should live only here and now! And what about all fiction media? How people could create that!? So, what you think?

Howdy, everypony! I just love this genre of sci-fi (also the steampunk, but it's another story). And I was quite surprised that no one wonders here about how it could be in Equestria (I couldn't find any thread regarding to this). Maybe it's just my search skill or maybe no... Anyway, who likes this genre too, what do you think? What it would be like? Something like: Ponyville, Cloudsdale and Canterlot are becoming just a small districts of one of oversized megapolises. Celestia and Luna would be heads of worldwide corporations in a state of never ending cold war. Ponies would invent the Grid, that would be constantly supplied by unicorn magic to sustain it's functionality, no matter what (um, stop, it's from another universe ) As for the Mane 6 Rainbow would be a police officer. Who fights crime on the one hand and sell weapons and preferences to crime lords on another. Pinkie Pie would be, well, the same. The best party-maker around! Plus addicted to candy drugs, plus constantly mood-changing problems, depression. Rarity would be a famous newsmaker plus one of the leaders of "clean pony" campaign against cyber augmentations to ponies bodies using any means necessary to accomplish her goals (even Spike ) Applejack would be a head of product company, who, otherwise, be one of cyber-worshipers. She would become one after the incident with her hoof on production line, after that she was augmented with a new one, a cyber one. Plus she made a deal with Celestia to use her products for genetic experiments on ponies around (let's say Apples cider now is absolutely not what it used to be ) Fluttershy would be a doctor in clinic in downtown that frequently uses illegal drugs and augs to heal her patients, no matter what. This drugs she would get from her close friend Twilight who is head researcher in Celestia's corporation. Also Twilight would be known for using illegal neuro-augmentations to stimuli her brain function and traveling to restricted parts of the Grid. And illegal experiments on the livings, of course Spike would be Spike, no matter what Well, you know, in cyberpunk nobody's perfect. No, better like this. In cyberpunk everyone is imperfect And it would be rain (like noire one). Always rain. Not a chocolate one. Guess, it's cruel for cartoon characters, but it's just my wicked imagination. Plus in the last season friendship will prevail and everypony will become ultimately good and happy. Yay! Um, If you don't mind -

Hi, everypony! I have a question about conscience. Does anyone have one? Just kidding! Now is seriously. Sometimes I wonder for what reason the conscience had been created? I mean, on a short time scale, it's rather, well I don't know, inefficient for a person. Actually, in my opinion, every "good" deed less efficient than a "bad" one. "Bad" deed, it's like a shortcut to get what you want and fast. That is why in real world "good" looses quite often. Some people choose more efficient way and don't care about the rest. (Let the world burn, if emphasize) Also it means almost nothing when it comes to "survival" things (well in comics and cartoons it means a lot, but you know... ) Still, I do believe that on a long time scale "good" outmatches "bad" (Silly, I know ) But on the other hand, many people (I mean many people) still choose to stand for "good" deeds quite often. Who and why taught it to them? Parents? Maybe this thought is worth a shot, but not always. Some global media agenda? But c'mon! Do you often follow to what they say in media? Illuminati? Maybe... But it's a whole other story! Religions? Not everyone is religious, but still follows the "word" of conscience. And more important why? For what reason it exists? To hold our society together from not falling apart under wars and hate? Just for fun? Why? Anyway... Please, tell me your thoughts on this matter. P.S. Thanks for your time! Is MS Paint Good Enough?

Well, I saw on YouTube how one girl with MS Paint draw EqG Pinkie with curves and fill tools. That was jaw-dropping! She really did it well! But as you say you've got a tablet, then I'm pretty sure you want use paint\pencil tools. So, as Neon Fire already told, I suggest to use Paint Tool Sai or FireAlpaca. I tried many drawing programs not a while ago, but none would match the Paint Tool Sai. And the thing here is not about tools count or filters, or layers. It's about drawing itself. The feeling when you are drawing in Paint Tool Sai is very near to actually drawing on paper (very smooth and without lags). And it's the main reason for me to suggest this program to you! It's hard to explain in words, you should try it yourself. But maybe, it will tell you something. If you ever played in a fast-paced FPS in true 60 FPS or above and then you return to more common on consoles 30-40 FPS you've got in some way the same feelings. Well, Paint Tool Sai is 60 FPS. And FireAlpaca. I found this program only a couple weeks ago, but feelings the same as in Paint Tool Sai and it's completely free, but simpler and with bugs (sometimes). Also if you ever go to Linux. I like MyPaint. It's free and, in my opinion, it has one of the best pencil and eraser tools. Yeah, yeah, I'm telling about feelings again Hope to see more awesome drawings from you soon! I guess, writers and artists will use common cartoon practice then: they'll have two children. One is a dragon boy, who is fabulous by nature. And the second is a filly, who likes to eat gems and read comics. Or vice versa. Something like that

Hi, everyone! My username have created by vivid imagination of Neverwinter Nights 2's names generator. One day I was creating a new char, when this name pops up. I don't know why, but I like it from the first sight. It don't have any meaning though Actually, in the first place it was Bran Feynt, but later I have to go through a lot of registrations and there I realized that this name combined (not everywhere space-key is allowed) is quite unique I forget about "This user name is already in use" ever since. So I stick with that
