How do I dehydrate my skin so my muscles look more defined?

I've seen it done before.

Is there a certain diet you're supposed to go on?

Is it even healthy to do?

If any of you don't know could you please look it up and give me some advice?

As a healthcare professional i highly advise that you do not dehydrate yourself by any kind of way
