Been extremely busy haven’t really had time to draw. My latest one Scared Pony is what I’m calling it.

My art work that not my little pony. I enjoy drawing cartoon style horses and foals. Again I’m not a expert, but when I show my friends my drawings they enjoy horse ones that in black white. That what these are my cartoon style sketches of horses or foals, depends how you look at them.

Only thing I can say is how I started, I started out small on ¼ printing paper, it doesn’t take as long draw them small and it help me get the feeling of how to draw them. Once I felt confident I went to full sheets of sketch paper, Doctor Whooves playing piano was my first full sheet of sketch paper. I’ve drawn cartoon style horses before I started drawing ponies, I enjoy drawing horses, so the best advice I can give you is draw a pony you want to draw. At least for me I put more passion into it when I do and I have more fun drawing them. I use my printer, which has a built in scanner, it a Canon Pixma MG3100. I have used digital camera before but not on any of these. So I do know how to take pictures with digital camera, use to do it that way when I shared cartoon style horses I drew long time ago.

Well did not turn out as good as I hoped it would. I need add color maybe that help some. The color gives it more pop, my friends that seen it in person seem to like it. This image was dun on my sketch paper, yes I indeed found it. I have also realized my desk has slightly textured surface. I need find more flat surface to work on my next pony.

Im starting realize printing paper is not taking the colored pencils well. It a hit or miss if color takes to one spot or not, I end up going over it multiple times. Sweetie Belle was one of my favorite ones to do.

I am not a professional by no means, but I do love to draw. All I have to work with is a number two pencil, printing paper, and a twenty four pack of crayola colored pencils. I have a sketch book, if I can find it I will use it instead of printing paper. As I draw more I keep adding them to this post.

Thanks for all nice replies. I haven’t had a lot time to check out all the threads on forum yet. Not am I only a lost pony but sometimes I can a busy pony too. I’ve kind of vied some of stuff but haven’t found courage to post in other topics yet. And I’m still learning the forum tricks and such, as in posting images and things. So yea you probably find me in the how too sections at first before I brave other threads. Wander if their chat room or place to just hang out and chat with fellow ponies?

My Favourite Mane 6 Pony: Rainbow Dash How did you find MLP Forums?: I did a search for pony forums and chose this one. How you became a fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic: I love horses, seen cartoon about ponies the rest is history! My story long sad one, but lets not focus on that. I liked my little pony for long time, but just recently started collecting ponies mostly ones maid by Funko. I don’t have many pony friends. That why I decided give this forum a try. Talking with my regular friends about my collection and my fascination with the show bores them, and I do not like to bore my friends. I watch season one two and three, three times and season four once. But I have issues remembering all the small details. The reason ties back into my long sad story. Im shy and don’t talk much to people I do not know, but talking on the net with people is a little bit easer for me. My favorite pony of the main six well I don’t have a favorite one I have top three. Rarity, Applejack, and Rainbow Dash. My favorite background ponies are Dr. Whooves and Derpy. Dr. Whooves probably being my favorite.
