  1. Of course you should question silly and outlandish restrictions. Right now though, you're questioning one that makes a lot of sense. I don't, nor will I ever just accept what is presented to me. I accept (most) current laws, rules, and restrictions because I have asked questions, and the answers made sense. Again, we're not talking about civil rights or anything like that. What we are discussing is something as simple as obeying the "No smoking" sign and taking it to a place where it would be more appropriate.

  4. My comparison may have been a little extreme, but my point still stands. It wouldn't be against the rules if there wasn't a perfectly legitimate reason for it. It's not about whats harmful or not, it's simply a matter of respect, and deliberately going against what has been established shows a lack of it. It's like when I go to my aunt's house and she doesn't let me sit on the nice looking furniture. In my mind I'm all "Why not that's what furniture is for", but I still abide because it is a set rule in her house, leaving me no room to debate. Just because something illegal/against the rules isn't harmful, doesn't mean it OK.
  5. Wrong is wrong. Plain and simple. When the rules say don't do something, you abide by those rules.
  6. You say that like you had privacy to begin with. Even still, the ones who are in the right are not being punished.
  7. I think that the opponents of this policy are missing one major point: Such content isn't allowed, private or otherwise. Saying those who do it in private shouldn't receive equal punishment is absurd. Should the guy doing drugs in his basment not be treated the same way as someone who does it in a back alley.
  8. This day and age, a kid lying about their age would be something that would be on the staffs head.
  9. Doesn't matter if it two consenting adults. The fact that it isn't allowed is reason enough to punish them. Actually, to do it via PM should warrant a worse punishment. It shows that not only are you blatantly ignoring set rules, but you are also going out of your way to cover your tracks. "What I'm doing is wrong, I know what I'm doing is wrong, but I'm gonna do it anyway." There's also the issue of never being 100% sure if they actually were two consenting adults.
  10. An understandable conclusion, and one that I can relate to myself.
  11. I feel that the world would be 100x better if we had superheroes.

  12. Fair enough. It just really irks me when people say stuff like "DC sucks, Avengers was better."
  13. Woah there, never use the movies as a basis for judging DC or Marvel. A better way to phrase you comment would be "DC's cinematic universe isn't all that good."
  14. Idea. Whatever date a birthday episode for a pony aired in real life, we use that as their birthday. Lame idea I know, but until we have something concrete thats all we got. Now, who has a record of the date each episode aired.
  15. Whats worse is that this pandering is actually working for them. There are millions of kids that believe TV is actually supposed to be like this.
  16. Glad you enjoyed it, well most of it. I got a lot more where that came from (and plenty with no time shenanigans!). But you seem to be backed up on request at the moment.
  17. I think Nick might be suffering from an identity crisis. Seems that they've never heard of a certain quote: "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."
  18. I find it funny how there are so many people bashing TT Go! for being a disgrace to the original series, when the original series is honestly a disgrace to it's source material.

  20. Doesn't matter if they consent. It's not allowed, and if someone finds out, they have to answer for it.
  21. Im confused, no Mario character has ever done a single thing to warrant someones hate.
  22. Waluigi's debut was in Mario Tennis. So many kids got blisters from playing Mario Party on N64 (due to rotating the analog stick with the palms of their hands), that Nintendo offered gloves with the game.
  23. I believe you should just hate the action, not the person who performed said action. So I'm with Obsidian on this one.
