    She was perfectly fine with taking second place in the Equestrian games, plus she seems to have a lot of respect for Applejack as an opponent. So yeah, she can be modest.

    That's exactly why Family is so great! I love shows that don't force pretentious morals down people throats. Not everything has to be Politically Correct to be good. PC is for chumps anyway.

    Most of the time she's justifiably self-confident, she only goes full-blown arrogant once in a while. I don't mind that she's your least favorite, but the fact is, she's not like that ALL the time. That's a huge exaggeration.

    Once again, you fail to realize that people aren't perfect, and just because they make mistakes doesn't mean they're bad. Plus episodes need conflict in order to be engaging, so she has to make those kinds of mistakes or there would be no episode. Besides, the other mane six ponies screw up with their elements too. Rarity has been greedy and selfish many times, AJ lies all the time, Fluttershy can be a massive jerk sometimes, Pinkie has been more annoying than funny, etc. I don't see you complaining about any of that. Only people with no sense of humor would be offended by that.

    You realize she was remorseful for trading Fluttershy and immediately tried to fix it? And she went back to her team in the end, so she was loyal? Apparently ponies aren't allowed to make mistakes according to what you're saying. And she's honestly not THAT full of herself. I think you're overreacting and making her sound worse than she is. It's annoying. That's a very short-sighted examination of her character.

    Right, because responding to some who treats you badly by doing the same thing to them is totally something the Element of Kindness should be teaching kids. RD deserves better than her. What a lousy friend.

    Of the mane 6 Applejack is the worst for me. Fluttershy is pretty lousy too. Overall, I guess DT and Blueblood. Trixie sucks also.

    No, you're not. She got what she deserved when RD reckt her at jousting. Consider it karma for what she did to her in Dragon Quest. Rainbow Dash is willing to do something with that she clearly hated, but did it anyway to be a loyal friend, and she can't even return the favor. Terrible friend. Doesn't deserve her element. Really made my day when I saw a comment on EQD call her the most overrated pony ever and got 50+ upvotes.

    Noisy minority I guess. Kinda cool that her fanbase is so vocal, even if it's not that big.

    Rainbow Dash is best pony. She's the funniest most enjoyable jerk ever.

    This might seem crazy, but from what I've seen, the target audience HATES Twilight Sparkle. I've seen more hate for her and Rarity from them than any other pony. They love Pinkie, Dash and Fluttershy (though Fluttershy seems to be getting a lot of hate recently), and AJ is kinda just ignored.

    Overused? Ont really. Overrated? Yes. She's just a whiney emo. Nothing interesting about her.

    Tanks for the Memories, Griffinstone, Bloom and Gloom, and Discord were all great.

    Rainbow Dash is the best thing a bout the show for me. Without her, it'd be too innocent and prissy.

    RD would make for the most interesting episode. She's the least likely mother figure, so she would make the most entertaining shenanegins.

    Rainbow Dash did nothing wrong in Mare Do Well. That, and she's underrated. How is she overrated when she's not even the most popular mane 6 pony?

    Rainbow Dash has moments of greatness that really need to be considered more often by the writers. They give her a great episode where she shows a lot of depth, and then they don't expand on it later down the line. Dash is always going to be my favorite but some of the criticism she gets makes sense.

    Not a fan. Uninteresting and has terrible episodes. He really should only be a supporting character from now on.
