  1. Hey Guys!

I was wondering if anyone else on the forums uses or knew what Swagbucks is? I know this may sound too good to be true or a scam but its' a really good site I've been using for about a year and its probably the easiest way to get giftcards online.

  2. So I'm kinda going out on a limb here but I was wondering if anyone on these forums who is going to bronycon this year might also want to duel there. I really want to duel at this year's con. I'd really like to meet more bronys who are also duelists. This is my 4th bronycon btw. :)

  3. So I reserved my room for BronyCon 2014 a little while ago. I'll be getting my badge soon, I'm still deciding whether or not I’m going to be a sponsor or not. Anyway, I'm making this thread since it turns out I may have some room for a few more people. If anyone is having trouble finding a hotel or wants someone to split the costs with let me know. I'll make updates to this thread to let anyone know who's interested. This will be my 4th BronyCon and as always I know everybody who goes will have an amazing experience. :)

    Follow the thread! ;)

BTW, The hotel is the Hilton. I stayed there last year and had no problems at all.

  4. I hate Equestria Girls as an idea, toy line and as a movie and nobody wants to listen to me because apparently its good if you ignore whats bad about it. (Yea, that makes sense.)

I thought the whole of season 3 was rather boring compared to the first two.

  5. For this year, I would have to say Halo 4. I think its an amazing game, espically with the history of its development with 343. I also think it really did a great job in telling a compeling story not just for a story about an A.I. and a solider with "no face," but also as a peice of science fiction. Not to mention the great multiplayer and spartan ops co-op modes.

  6. I do think it is upseting that Hasbro can't seem to make more show accurate toys. However, they do have to make sure that the franchise will always appeal to the target demographic. I don't think they made an R-C car toy to appeal to bronies since other franchises like Barbie have done the same in the past. Hasbro has made other products to appeal more to bronies such as the trading cards. The toys have to always appeal to girls bottem line. I don't know why they would make an R-C car for mlp, but I'm not part of Hasbro's marketing team. I'm pretty sure they didn't make it just for us though. They have to appeal to girls no matter what, making new but simple toys like this one are how they are desiding to do it. They are a business, bottem line. Bronies probably won't be around forever, but little girls will. Plus alot of us buy what they offer us including non-show accurate toys and figures even though we don't like that many of them still aren't show accurate, so why should they change the toys now?

  7. I got my ticket and my hotel reserved recently. I can hardly wait to go again. Yea, it sucks that it's now farther away from NYC, but I can manage. My friends and I are carpooling to get there on Aug 1. I don't think we will have room to carpool anyone else, but we may have space for some people if they need a hotel room. I'm not sure yet though.

  9. I've been going to Bronycon since January 2012. Its an amazing time! Meeting other Brony's from around the world, sharing art and music, video gaming, partying, and just the overall feeling of the respect you get from everyone. Plus meeting the voice actors and Lauren Faust was something I'll never forget.

The next one will be in 2013. Don't miss it! :)

  10. I don't know if there is something in that range but I got an email from one of the BronyCon staff awhile back.

It's a list of hotels offering BronyCon-specific codes close the the convention center. This are on a first come first serve basis however. Hope this helps.
