And that is why my ponies friends we backup our game data using Itunes (IOS) or Helium (android)... Saving the trouble of contacting Gameloft Customer Care each time game experience glitches or rollback... In any case i already receive a mail regarding a new update is underway to fix few devices or firmware that experiencing the rollback problem recently... hopefully it release as soon as possible since is very troublesome for me to backup game data every single time i finish collecting resources or achieve a new high score in the social event... leave it close for few minutes and it reset back to your major achievement in the game which force you to restore with backup again... as least you won't be losing any valuable effort or time invested in the game i ensure you

Previously i mention about my game progress lost and seeking advice and help which only one person care but then no more message :/ Anyhow i manage restore my game progress back to its former glory through the Cloud backup from Gameloft Customer Care... Manage to obtain back my King Sombra... Yay~ Since then i keep making backup on 2 separate computer through Itunes as well as Itools just in case.... and it really happen again my game progress been reset but... i restore through itunes and all my game progress is back again xD However the only bad thing about this is the timer progress such as the Totem Creation or Pony Building construction will be restart all over... but still worthy than getting our resources and ponies missing from our game right? Anyhow i wish every pony that experience the game progression losses be patient and eventually it will be solved just like mine... I was frustrated about the game progression loss when i experience the first time and plan to delete it but i in love with MLP that i don't have the urge to do so... so still no one willing to answer for me? anyhow how does the cloud support system within the latest MLP game version 2.1.0 work? Did not see any button that connect to cloud server to backup our data before it reset to original state again...

I am playing on iphone 4s with 7.1 firmware... is that any chance for me to rollback to my previous achievement? or do i need restart the process and claim compensation from Gameloft?

Hello i just join the herd... so i started MLP game 3 months ago.... Today i face one significant problem which is that my game progress was reroll from lv64 to lv53... end up causing me lots of ponies and resources gone... just like that my effort wasted... it revert back before the update... so i lose my King Sombra as well.... Is that anyway to revert it back to normal using the newly installed Cloud support service within the game? how exactly we need to use it anyway i still clueless :/
