Novel sighs "I fear telling other ponies because it could put my life in danger. I'll ask again, what is the state of Neighpon and are you on the emperor's side?" She asks very calmly. Her body is quivering with fear as she awaits Luna's response and fearing the worst

Novel sighs and speaks to him -I'll have to reveal myself to her eventually. Especially when I fight for the empire. As long as she does not kill me I'll be fine. But she will have to know eventually and I need to know about Neighpon's position before I reveal my true form or I could be killed-

Novel looked at Leif in shock, calmer now and more worried about her fellow pony than her sticky situation. Still she's more reasonable when calm and does not get snappy when transforming while calm. Still novel knows she will have to reveal herself to Luna

She feels cornered "take me to the tree first!" She snaps, anger swelling and her eyes turning "and answer my question. What is the state of Neighpon? Its my home and I need to know the state of the emperor and if you are on his side before I reveal anything or I shall be killed! I am if no harm to you"

Novel looked at Leif in fear, then looked to Luna. "W-we should go to the big tree where I feel safe" she stammers, nervous beyond belief "b-but first tell me the state of Neighpon" she says warily and afraid. she's fearful of the world and how they will take to her

"O-oh I'm sorry. " she looks at Leif "can it wait until tomorrow then?" She inquired, fearful of Seth catching on to her secret. She wants to remain hidden so her father does not catch on to her and her brother still living on this planet. Their lives depend on it

"As soon as you're able" she says eagerly, then looks at Seth "I'll come to the room when I'm finished, do you have a shift tonight?" She asks him. She glances at Leif and speaks to his mind "I would love to meet your mother one day and share my thanks for her wisdom saving my life. And you're secret is safe with me, but there is more to mine than you know. But that will be discussed later"

Novel looks at the three and smiles slightly at Luna's blush. So there is something going on. Well at least she is not the only one with secrets, Leif has one too. At least his is just as powerful as hers. Hidden nobility is at least something they have in common. The thought makes her sigh in relief

Novel offers a nervous smile "I'd greatly appreciate that. I'd love to learn more and all that I can" she speaks softly and nervously. She doesn't want Luna to discover more about her than she needs to. Novel smiles warmly at Seth and nods in acknowledgement

She smiles and takes the cup "I would love to learn!" She says eagerly When Novel heard the princess, she tensed and panicked slightly "g-good and yourself?" She asks. Oh no what if Luna finds out. She can feel herself becoming overwhelmed at the more ponies that are arriving around her. She wants peace and just to calm down before she snaps. Fear keeps her from wandering around as a dracony

Novel's face lit up and her ears fell back "I-I'm so sorry. I meant no harm by my words and it was wrong of me to criticize your ways" she says, before looking away "I'm aware I will have to eventually" she sighs and then looks back at him "I'd love to pick your brain if you allow me, there's much I can learn from you. Not to mention I strive to apprentice under your mother one day"

She looks warily at the vial before taking it gently "dark magic scares me. Sorry I lost it" she pauses "please don't tell anypony else what I am" she asks, pleadingly. She takes a small sip of the elixir and feels her body calming down and reverting back to normal "thank you for that" she says

Seth. Oh no. But her fear is covering her and keeping her from fully reverting back to normal. The process stopped and she glares lightly at Leif "I've said this before and I'll say it again, if they kill you I'll have no sympathy" she says. And with that she runs off, seeking the peace of the garden and saftey of her tree

Novel growls "I don't want to see any of the creatures you have 'tamed'. A true master of nature should respect the creatures around them and have no need for capture. That is what was taught to me back home." She snarls at the windigo "and that creatures dark magic will get to you eventually" novel says, more hard scales covering her face and creeping down her neck. Her horn turns to that of a Kirin, but her body structure is that of a dracony as her body changes back "I advise you release him and not disturb the ways of Mother Nature"

Novel's body slowly starts forming midnight blue scales under her fur on her face. Her inner dragon showing "I don't care what you used that thing will kill you the moment it can if you keep it captive. I will have no sympathy for you when that happens"

Novel could hear the pride in this ponys voice. She snarls and her tongue turns to that of a dragons and her teeth sharpen. That thing is going to kill him. She approaches this pony at a crawl, her body appearing to be positioned like she's hunting her prey. "That thing will kill you" she growls in warning "how could you be foolish enough to attempt to tame one?"

Novels ears twitches and her fur stood on end. Windigo. Her teeth turned sharp and she snarled, her eyes turned draconic. But for some reason it wasn't hostile. Still she stayed on her guard, ready to take it down if needed. When she is tense her body struggles to revert back to her original form but she cannot allow that.

Novel looked the note over and over again, puzzled. She was tempted to complete a scanning of sorts on the letter to see whom it was from. But she decided she did not want to know. The secrecy of the letter did concern her a bit, but she could not help but be intrigued at the fact of it is taking place at the research center. A chance to peek inside again after many years would be wonderful! And she has a reason to go now! But whom could require her "talents" and what "talents" do they speak of? To her, she sees herself as the ordinary bookworm who enjoys the occasional crafting of potions and dabbling of magic. But she sees herself as ordinarily skilled in that subject due to her or having anything to compare to. Eager to meet the pony who delivered the letter and seems to know a little bit about her, she gathers up a few things into her knapsack and heads towards the guild.

Novel was completely oblivious to the chaos of the fighting. She finally had some peace and quiet in her sanctuary of nature. The castle gardens always had a serene and peaceful feel to them, perfect for her to meditate and refocus her aura. With that she fell asleep, drifting into the astral plane

"Come to the gardens in a little while. You'll know where I sm" novel says. And with that she goes straight to the garden. There she finds the large tree, perfect for sitting under. It's the tree she has gone too many times. Novel sighs and curls up beneath it, becoming drowsy

Novel heard the knock, surprisingly since she is so engrossed in her work. Slowly she walked over, sensing the one who delivered it did not stay for long. So she took her time. The envelope is beatutiful, and she is a bit afraid to open the envelope. She opens it with care, reading the contents with curiousity. She rarely gets mail of any sort.

Novel sighs a heavy sigh of stress. She just wants fresh air and to be surrounded by nature to think. But yet, she felt bad for blowing off Seth out of stress. "Seth I need air" she says "I need fresh air so I can think and process what's going on right now" she looks to the garden

Novel felt the quake and panicked for a moment, before sensing something was not right with that quake. She chooses not to worry and figures that the others will take care of it. Right now she needed some peace and some fresh air, not a bunch of ponies around her.

Novel resists, not used to the blockage in her path. Her body weakened and relaxed but pulled away "Seth I need fresh air, not your tongue in my mouth" her voice was playful but still had the stress in her tone. With that she turns away, in search for the beautiful gardens

Morning, June 18th- Canterlot in her personal library The summer sun celebration! One of the very few times of the year that she actually can be home without being questioned. Novel is taking this time to organize her shelves, her shadow ferret Fenton helping along the way. It felt nice to be surrounded by the aroma of old books. Even though she is home she keeps her Kirin form hidden, choosing to look like the ponyfolk that are around her. Novel tends to blend into her surroundings at night or in the dark, her mane the only thing that stands out. Her coat is a deep dark blue with white, purple, and light blue mane and tail. She also tends to get lost in her work, despite being observant. The only time she is oblivious is when she is completely focused on one thing, which so happened to be her shelves. She is purely delighted to be able to add her own herbal research to her private shelves in her study that is down the hall and closed off from normal library traffic. But she rarely has customers or visitors to her decently sized sanctuary
