So, after seeing a lot of people plan out and do an RP in a community I'm a part of, I wanted to make one myself. Seeing most of them die out or generally become confusing due to lack of planning or system, I decided to create my own system for an online RP.
I'm currently running an RP on the system that I've created. It's a Fallout style pony RP and I have spent a lot of time working out the story, characters, enemies, areas and maps, loot, balancing, etc before I began. I wanted to share the character creation sheet to see if any of you had constructive criticism or comments on anything that I have.
This RP I'm running is actually the first one I've ever run, and I'm using it as a test run to test out everything I have so far. With the feedback from the players, I've been able to smooth out a few things since I've begun. So far everyone involved has been enjoying it and I've got a lot of creative feedback for ideas if I decide to do this again in the future.
I have taken a lot of ideas from Fallout, Wasteland and D&D to make a system that I feel flows well in an online environment. Again, any constructive criticism is appreciated.
Without further ado, I present to you Linkuser's RP character creator and rules. Thanks for taking the time to read.

For examples of characters that were created with this, check out this thread: http://www.ponyfortress2.com/index.php?showtopic=15911
NOTE: This isn't a recruitment thread or beginning of an RP. I would just like to receive some feedback from you guys.

I need to know, where did your user name come from? What inspired it?
(Also, do you like Rainbow Dash? heh)

Probably. I mean, cats on the internet man.

I tend to be around waaay more girls than guys. Probably from growing up with so many sisters, which also makes me much more comfortable around girls. I tend to have a harder time being sociable with guys, and I generally see a lot less of them.

I'm currently reading through the entire Bible, and am spending some time on my own reflecting on it. It's shaped a lot of my personal character and actions in my life, and I take a lot of the teachings to heart.

It really depends on my mindset and how I'm managing. But most of the time, yes, very much.

Humans would win. If you take time to consider the morals of each side, I think you'd start to realize the humans would really start doing some nasty things to win.

Unappreciated. But also contemplative.

Hmmm, I'd consider myself a 4/10. I was a background character, but everyone knew my name and I was known as quiet.

Today's been alright. Starting the college semester again, so it's been a busy day.

My Favourite Mane 6 Pony: Applejack
How did you find MLP Forums?: PonyFortress 2, surprisingly.
How you became a fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic: About 2 years ago there was a group that had 6 teams for TF2 representing each of the mane 6 ponies. I happened to be playing in one of the servers that had players from those teams on it and I was recruited to play on Team Rainbow Dash. From there I learned about the show and grew to like it a lot. I even got almost all of my siblings to watch it. xDNothing to spectacular to say about myself. I'm big into the compettetive TF2 scene, having played in platinum highlander for a few seasons now. I also like the ponies too, which may explain why I'm here.
So, wassup, how you doin' and I hope to see you around.

Ok, thanks. I didn't really know where to put this.
