  1. I believe Starlight Glimmer's form of equality can be more associated to Hitler's idea of equality. AKA, destroy impure races, make all remaining the same to achieve true equality, etc. The idea is that she has a warped perspective of how to achieve equality.

That being said, season 5 is just "meh" to me. The Slice of Life episode was just utter garbage. Pandering at its worst. No solid story, no substance, just memes, memes, references, and memes. I prefer writing quality stories over memes. Let's have a lot less of Slice of Life, because it's just all about giving bronies what they want and not producing quality episodes which made the show popular in the first place. I am okay with the one existing, but no more please. The entirety of Slice of Life can be summed up by the scene of Octavia and Vinyl jumping over the shark on repeat. Except instead of jumping the shark they are standing on its back hopping up and down.

I rather would compare Starlight Glimmer's ideology - happiness through equality - with communism than with nationalsocialism.

She doesn't ever state to want to purge Equestria from griffons, dragons or any other race.

  2. Well, the item isn't sold and shipped by amazon directly but by a third party using amazon as platform.

Contacting amazon probably won't help you, but you could try contacting the seller directly.

  3. I take a shower once after getting up in the morning and once before I go to bed at night, the evening shower usually is replaced by a bath once or twice a week.

When I get hit by some baby food spat or something else what might make me feel uncomfortable, there might be the one or other shower in between.

This is my funko figurine collection - it just grew today by Applejack and Rarity (bottom row); plushs and comics are stored in the bedroom; common miniatures (complete series 1-7) I don't have in a shelves at the moment... need to reorganize my library (it is behind the shelf you see, a seperate 2,50x3,50 meter room walled with just bookshelves and a chair in their middle ^^), then they all will find some place together.

    To Update this,

I was stuck in hospital a few weeks ago - when I came home my husband had plastered the walls in the staircase with a part of my comic collection, and also some more ponies invaded into my library/working room (some more are up to come, but IKEA ran out of frames).

If some of you might also live in central europe or anyway outside the US/GB, you might be able to imagine what a pain in the ass it was / still is to get those.

  5. When I was 18 I started working as assistant at the university, when I was 21 I became head of the research department for (roughly translated) super hard and elastic synthetic substances. Currently I'm 25 and since close to one year now am handling nursing bottles and changing diapers. Best job ever, but also the most challenging one.

  6. Yikes! How are you gonna pay that off?  Debt is a serious matter, and I pledged myself to never get into it. I sure hope you've already made a payment plan to pay it off (not that it's any of my business. However, I'm only stating my concern).

It is paid off since the second it was purchased ;)

  7. I was given a lot of such tests during my school time (during the equivalent of american middle school six to eight a year, during the equivalent of high school four a year). The range they measured usually was between 172 and 196, especially strong rating in logical abilities and rather weak in three dimensional imagination. It is to mention that I always spent a lot of time learning and reading and therefore always was ahead of most others in my age group what might have distorted the results. I don't consider them objective at all because even if such tests are meant to be mostly neutral to factors like age and education do these factors still play a big role, especially while growing up.

I didn't do a single test in the past eight years (since I finished school), so I can't tell you what I might have scored as "adult". I also don't intend to do so.

Practically talking, I sometimes have strong problems with social interactions that might partially result from the fact that I tend to skip simple logical steps in conversations, so I don't consider that something great at all. People having conversations in german or finnish with me often complain about me jumping from one thing to the other, even if (at least to me) they're logically connected. Writing/talking in foreign languages I haven't mastered (english, french, italian, russian) helps a lot there as it slows me down.

I don't know my IQ and I don't care to know it, either. Knowing it would not benefit me in any way. I wouldn't feel any better about myself if I tested above average, and I wouldn't feel any worse about myself if I tested below average.

I'm reasonably smart, but my short-term memory isn't the best, which is likely due to my ADD. However, my long-term memory appears to be better than most in that I can remember the exact dates that little random events in my life happened. For instance, I attended a school play that my sister starred in on February 25, 2006.

I borrowed a pencil from a transfer student on 3rd of May 2001. It was her last day and she left before I could return it and I didn't had any contact with her since then. However, I took it home and placed it besides my monitor. The desk and monitor have changed for several times over the years, the pencil however is still lying there waiting for its pickup. I accidentally dropped it on the night from 24th to 25th June 2009; since then I do hope that it's not broken inside. (I am aware that makes me a weird person).
