    Well, that might sound like an easy question, but it is not like that at all... Besides the usual trouble at work - one of our fillies said "dada" to me for the first time a few days ago, that was great! You see, I was part of another part of the mlp community until a week ago, which I quit after a really bad fight, so... Another thing occupying my mind a lot is toys - which are best suited, absolutely safe to use (also considering the material) and great fun for the kids. I thought a lot if I might have been in the wrong, but I don't believe so... I'm also still double and triple checking if we got all the vaccinations right and schedule regular checkups with our doctor. I mean, it really isn't nice to talk bad about somepony behind ones back when that pony's offline, and they should see that, right? You might forgive my wife, it's really been bugging her for the whole week. Perhaps I might still might turn out to be the one making the first step and fix it, it's just... what you say honey? (DT): Only that you in fact care a lot more about our fillies needs than I could possibly do, but get easily distracted when someone cuts another topic. (RS): Uh... yeah... that sounds right...

    And just to mention it because it's something I have heard really often: Most modern cases have airflow that is designed to use openings on the its bottomside. If you have your PC under your desk and it should be standing in a carpet, add €15 for a LACK Ikea couch table. take the plate and place it between the carpet and the PC (or get any other wooden/solid plastic plate that is big enough). Saves lot of trouble considering air flow and resulting heating problems.

    I'm short before logging off for the night, but some quick starter tips: First I noticed is that you should give the general scenery a little attention. You get a rough idea about what is happening, but no picture regarding the surroundings. It's like a play in front of an almost white screen. What color is the sky? What is the smell in the air? How does the grass feel on the hooves? Put yourself in place of the characters and ask that and a lot of more questions. Then you pick the answers that fits the emotions of the scenery for the best and write it down. Then, if you insert characters that are not canon and nobody except for you knows, you should take your time to give them at least a rough appearance (more than just their race) and some basic characteristics. Perhaps some personal information that make them both, mysterious and interesting. The term "child" makes me personally cringe as it is more humanized, but there are some people who use that. It is not necessary to change it, but more commonly (and familiar, in terms we're talking about ponies) are either "foal / filly / colt". Chapter 2 - Part 1 - 300 words... write the whole chapter out and post it at once. Splitting chapters doesn't really make sense as long as they don't have 5k+ words, it just tends to annoy the reader.

    We can't tell for sure, but above statement also is more like my personal (and perhaps softly cynical) thought about it. Through history, rulers have always been feared, no matter how beloved they also might have been. - and that fear had originated in their use of power, in what form ever. You also could say that Cadance just got real control as princess over the Crystal Empire when she used the Crystal Heart to defeat Sombra, as he before still most probably was (deducted) king and ponies living and suffering under his influence. We (sadly) don't know too much about the Crystal Empire's Lore in that sense.

    You're not a princess until you banished somepony or some other creature. With defeating Tirek and banishing him back to tartarus, Twilight indeed become a real princess (not just a unicorn with flippity floppers attached to it). Ponies now do worship her (and perhaps pray to never give her reason to feel her wrath). Fancy castle was just the merchandise bonus; you can't ask for taxes from others at the same time you're living in a tree.

    Hello everypony, Today I want to present My Little Fiction Corner (click) to you. Since organizing many stories in a forum is troublesome, I put them into gdocs. The link above leads you to the main navigation site. I do hope that everything is linked correctly, however if you should encounter an error please don't hesitate to let me know (best via pm). Stories can be commented (via the gdoc comment function) in own documents that you can find on the according fiction's navigation site, however discussion on this thread is welcome too. My Little Fiction Corner features all stories I have written so far (two will get another review before I launch them) and will continuously get updated with new stories. The main focus currently is on TwiDash (shipping), however upcoming stories won't feature that anymore but cover a lot of other genres (as a sequel to the Daring Do adventure trilogy, two dark stories, and more slice of life of our favorite ponies). Whenever I make an update, I'll post according information in this thread. Editorial help always is appreciated. Have fun

    What instantly comes to my mind... Burnt Umber as Coat Color (should come good on a Crystal Pony) with a mainly dark brown, but also some thin dark yellow to dark gold strands, mane and tail. Design of the mane like Comet Tail, for the tail I would think of something longer, perhaps like Soarin - both with the mentionned dark yellow stripes. Eyes perhaps dark turqouise. Magic aura dark red; fluctuating with small brighter red bubbles, like you imagine a lava lamp.
