I sleep only... 5 hours. Because I end work at 1 am and start at 6 am... But I usually have break from 10 am to 5 pm, sometimes I sleep then.

I'm using Wacom Bamboo Pen&Touch, it is really good tablet for everything. I bought it more than 5 years ago and I never had problem with it.
