Wow.. Well uh.. Thanks then! Mine's not exactly the one in my avatar though.. She's right here. There's a much better colored reference pic there. I just used this avatar because the pony isn't standing in the popular Pony Creator side-view pose. Thank you again by the way! I haven't had her drawn by somepony else before

Gah!! I finally read it (for inspiration for more sketches ) and now I just wanna keep reading! "TL;DR", my left pinkie! Useless finger, useless. Well written! Can't wait for more!! Gonna keep drawing for this story for sure! It's different!

Yeah, I was SO MAD about her color... http://mlpforums.com/public/style_emoticons/default/dry.png I had two shades of blue, right next to each other!! BLUE and NAVY BLUE. The "navy blue" pencil looks BLACK!! So I was utterly disgusted by the fact that I have a pack of 50 colored pencils and there was no blue to be found darker than PLAIN BLUE!! UGH!! Ok, I'm alright now........ Anyway, I tried going over it with the navy, but you can only do so much at a certain point.. I'll be sure to fix it if I draw her again or when I get around to the digital of her. (btw, I've started on a digital of Fractal. Just the original pic. Nothing super fancy) Huh, I guess I got Invictus done first.. But I fixed the color in digital!! Let me know what you think! This wasn't edited in great detail, but I tried to make her look nice regardless.

Although I'll admit I freaked out at first because your avatar was my reference pic. Progress-wise, he's still in the basic, sloppy sketch phase, but if you want him done soon, I can probably get a finished sketch to ya later today?

"Hi Ivy!" Eureka squeaked. "I gonna befriend them, ok? If that doesn't work, then you and McLightz may eat them!" She continued happily trotting along as Ivy stared at her. "Wait a second," she mumbled while slowing down just a bit, "That's not quite right.. Never mind, Ivy!" Quickly picking up the pace again, she bounced onward.

Eureka was not pleased to be given orders by somepony she hardly knew, the likes of whom should be below her! Though she was never one to be aggressive in a leadership position, she protested. "No! Me come! Want help!" With that, Eureka trotted off toward the approaching mob.

"Aww.." Eureka hung her head in disappointment and pouted. Every part of her drooped as she sat down next to her boulder. Everything was still for a few moments. Suddenly, Eureka's ear shot up, and her eyes were as wide open as ever. "Noise.. Was noise that- what?"

Care to elaborate on "trade" just a little bit? Sounds interesting to me!

"Creatures?!" Eureka squeaked eagerly as she hopped once in place, twisting to face another direction as she did. Eureka stood there for a brief moment. Her ear flapped twice. "Friends??"

TA-DA!! Intredus and Invictus, now with color!!!! Again, hope you like. I apologize, it is difficult to color ponies as small as I draw them.. I've tried sketching them on a larger scale, but they just don't turn out the same.....

YAY!! FUN!!! I am SO up for the challenge!! Specifically digital? Or can we ART him with various mediums??

Yeah, I plan to redraw Intredus, and there were some things about him and Invictus that bothered me.. Their eyes being one of them.. I really tried to avoid evil with her, but I couldn't get the angle right... I think I know how to fix it now though. She just looks older because I had more time to add character to her, rather than just sketch out another cute pony. And my lame excuse for Intredus is I was drawing him in a moving car... I didn't have a clear vision of him before I started either.. My main focus was his hair.. Don't worry, characters develop as I redraw them repeatedly. I'll draw some updated versions, keeping your comments in mind. I don't mind criticism, it helps me expand what I can do by challenging me to make something better and try new things. As for why they're on Fractal's page.... Well, they don't exactly have their own request pages.. You kind of just messaged their "profile" info pages to me, so I wasn't sure where else to put them.. It's also more convenient to just upload them directly from my computer as an attachment here than to upload them to an image hosting site and link you to them in a PM. Besides that, I'm really the only one who actually responded to this request, so I just kept at it I guess. I'm either your only fan artist right now or your personal illustrator, which is why I'm so open to criticism. _____________________ Ok, I took into consideration most of what you said could be done better, I think! Here's my second shot at the two (and my thoughts on both attempts): Ok, Intredus went very well this time, considering I drew him as a much younger colt/stallion last time around.. Something went funny with his neck though.. So.. Please forgive that, as I have never drawn a character in that position before. I brought his eyes down a few sizes, which I think helped greatly with making him look older. Invictus.. Well it's a little tricky making long, straight hair come down in front of a pony's face without covering their eyes a bit.. I think I fixed the perceived age difference though! I made her eyes (especially pupils) a bit bigger and wider. I also tried giving her a faint smile (without taking from her "Eeyore"-type personality. My goal was a slightly brighter, but still straight, face so that she wouldn't look too angry or evil. Let me know what you think! I sure hope you like them!! Don't be shy about telling me what I can improve on!

I am so glad to hear that you like it!! (I love feedback; I may just be addicted to it, whether people have nice things to say about what I've done or not XD) On a side note, I think I brought this request topic to the attention of others by sticking back on the top of the list today. XD lol

But I shall TRY!! Just a sketch.. I draw things relatively small, and I've tried drawing ponies on a larger scale, but they just don't turn out the same.. Ok, here's what I have so far... I took her yellow color and lightened it a bit, which I'm rethinking now because her mane/tail colors are really bright. Anyway, no cutie mark or BG yet, but I plan to get those added as soon as I have time. I recognize I need to, and I will, clean up the lines and edges a decent amount, too. I just thought I'd show you the progress so far. I'll be honest I'm pretty pleased with this painting, and I'll probably actually finish this one

Alright, but I'll have to get to it tomorrow, or risk waking up everyone in this house... (I'm not a really loud singer, but I suspect these walls were made using thin paper... XP)

TA-DA!! Intredus! (My interpretation of him, that is..) Ewww.. That was really high contrast on Intredus.. Anyway, here's Invictus: I colored in the star on her cutie mark so I could conveniently (without worrying about accidentally coloring it) add the.. smudge around it. I did this because, if and when I get around to doing her in digital, I had imagined a faint glow around the star, and I would include that in a digital painting. It is represented here by a shaded blur.. http://mlpforums.com/public/style_emoticons/default/dry.png Also, I tried really hard to make her look serious without looking irritated.. I'm bad with mouth placement, so that made it difficult for me. Again, I hope you like it, and really hope she's something like what you had pictured!

Ok, here's my initial (uncolored) sketch: I hope you like it! I was going to, and still plan to, add lines in her mane and tail to separate the two colors. She looked pretty good to me like this though, so I thought I'd show it to you uncolored, with a solid mane/tail first.
