I know I do things to make people mad, and them talking about it behind my back is fine with me. It's not like I don't know what they say, I know everything negative they could possibly say about me because I know what I do wrong that aggravates them. It's basically asking if your friendship or feelings toward the person would get in the way of you doing your job as a moderator. Say a report came in and you're asked to deal with it by warning them and it just happens to involve a friend, could you do it? If not, why? (At least I think this is what It's asking)

I don't have a laptop anymore I use a desktop computer now. I did have a Gateway I don't remember the specs or the exact model but it was decent and could play your more average games as it had a dedicated nvidia gfx card.

My communication style is by paper mail via courier hawk.

I'm pretty good at PC games, I wont say I'm advanced but I'm pretty good K+M feels really good. I'm slightly advanced at console games as I have played those my whole life. Mobile games I just kinda of mess around with here and there to pass the time that's it.
