    They've already announced season 6, so there's no way it's going to end here. To those who want it to end: are you out of your mind?? I'd like it to go for 20 seasons at least, lol

    Well, I think about ponies every day now. MLP has altered my philosophical view on life. I've experienced a range of emotions that I wouldn't have otherwise. I found a bunch of awesome music that I enjoy, and I found a community of great people who share my interests and are surprisingly similar to me in any regards. Making friends on here is way easier than any other site I've been on. In real life, I don't act different than I used to. If you knew me before and after I found this show I doubt you'd notice a difference in me. But that is largely due to my already-fortunate circumstances that have benefitted me throughout my life, so finding this whole thing wasn't too much of a shock. I knew there were some good shows out there but this is definitely something regardless.

    I'm a fan of MLP. I like a show that I see as something *anyone* would like. So why should I give myself a special name for liking it? I'm not sure about the term "brony", because it has negative stereotypes attached to it and is just kind of a corny word.

    Yeah season 1 is not my favorite. It's kind of slow paced and awkward at times. When I watched them I thought "...yeah, this was good" but then I watched the other seasons and learned how much potential this show really has. For example, go back and watch "Party of One" from season 1, and then watch "Pinkie Pride" from season 4. There's a *huge* difference in the two episodes. The former is slow-paced, less exciting, and a bit more awkward, but the latter is fast-paced, really exciting and engaging, and overall more enjoyable.

    80 degrees is hardly anything. Just subtract eight degrees and you get room temperature. I'd say you have rather mild summers.

    Yeah, there should be more adventure and action-filled episodes, but "Friendship" is literally in the title of the show, so they can't just abandon the focus on friendship. I know, it seems so obvious what she's meant to do, but she can't figure it out. At the end of Twilight's Kingdom she ended up using friendship to save the day again, but even then she wasn't all " oh, so THAT'S what I'm meant to do!" It's just kind of a confusing addition to the two-parter and maybe the whole show in general.

    I have a friend who was a brony in 2011 and had a "20% cooler" shirt. Wasn't sure what to think of it, but I was like...ok. It wasn't for another four years till I finally understood what the reference to that was.

    Ok I have to ask. Is your avatar from the movie "Hercules"? (I'm thinking about Hades and the Disney version of the movie.

    Pinkie, because she would make dating so much more interesting and exciting. Maybe Twilight too because she's the most human-like and levelheaded. She and I would get along well. The other four I'd just keep as friends.

    Well I just got asked on a date so I guess I'm pretty happy about that. Wouldn't you be?

    Well it depends on how you view it. In Fall Weather Friends I think she could have raced harder but she had the "I can win this easily" attitude so she didn't try as hard as she could have. I went back and watched it recently and RD was the one who cheated (twice) so if you take that out then I think AJ would probably win. AJ is physically superior when it comes to things on the ground, because she spends her entire life there and is simply better at Earth Pony type things, which RD lacks experience in. Of course RD's flying experience would make that up and would ultimately make the difference, but without any wings or aerial-type activities at all, I think AJ would have a better chance at winning.

    Update: I told my dad I've been watching MLP, and explained why I like it. Now he wants to watch some with me. So I'm proud to report that I've been getting a lot more fortunate lately

    Is this even debatable? Dashie is way faster and that's what would win out ultimately. If you take her wings away than AJ would probably have the edge, due to her strength and boldness probably.
