  1. It's a pretty common figure of speech. What I can offer for advice is, start with a backstory first then a description and go from there. You should try to match your OC's colors to what kind of "universe" it is in (Meaning dark, happy go lucky, etc.) so if you want it to be a OC in a pretty kid-friendly environment try to keep from the darker colors and go for something more eye catching but not like neon. A good backstory is the best bet for starting your character.
  2. Had a Unit looking for a Male who decided to run, discovered he was hiding in the bushes but didn't have a exact location and as the Unit was letting the other Deputy know you hear another unit pop on radio and says "A for effort", made my day. How was your trip to Louisiana? Do anything fun?
  3. Well, hopefully a petition will be in placed so people that are into that can get a law change.
  4. Haha, adorable. <3 I really like how you drew Pinkie.
  5. Happy birthday!

  6. Welcome, have a great time on the Forums.
  7. Welcome, have a great time. I like your profile picture.
  8. I have been there and had a few nice intelligent conversations. I think quite a few people waste the resources that place can give you for stupid stuff like old documents of the CIA or "hacking tutorials".

Welcome back! Have a great time
  11. If you don't mind spending a bit of money and being hot in warm weather, bullet resistant thing like soft body armor is the most passive thing you can wear to save your life. I wear a BAO tactical plate carrier with two AR500 Level 3 plates that weigh about 8.4 pounds each. I would prefer to wear level 4 Kevlar mainly because of how light it is and a bit more comfortable. Long story short, I recommend Kevlar vest for those who live in bad areas and want to feel a bit safer. If you live in a area with low crime rate there is honestly no reason to be wearing a vest unless you use it for work.
