Hey, friends! My mom is considering an eyelid surgery in Toronto. She is quite scared to go under the knife. Actually, I am forcing her to undergo this procedure. I want her to look young. She will be turning 52 this June. She is diabetic. Will that be a problem? I have read somewhere that diabetes would affect wound healing. Is that true? Is she an eligible candidate for this procedure? Please advice
