Based on what acknapp18 said about what the villains did, I have to go with Nightmare Moon because if she did destroy the elements, then the Mane Six wouldn't be able to stop MOST of the villains because they used the elements to stop them.

I LOVED this episode. If you also noticed, the name Coloratura is a soprano voice type. Pretty interesting.
