Everything is fine, it's just because of roughage (not sure if used accurate word ~ I'm from Poland so bear with my English please ) or something like this in it.  :-P

 

On the other hoof ~ I very rarely get sick.

To not search far, I love cereal with milk - I could eat this all day everyday, though eating too much of it results in a nice visit in the toilet.
