      if you're old enough to drink where ever you are Guinness actually helps with sore throats it once cured mine overnight the alcohol acts as an anesthetic the cold temperature reduces swelling and the salt content helps to kill the bugs causing the infection (it was also created as a meal supplement so it's technically "eating" something

    got back from the hospital had to have a stomach pump something didnt agree with me now i cant eat anything for atleast 4 days or so well thats what it sounded like from the doctor but its only 48 hours so i'll be fine dont worry peeps yes i should stay in hospital for that amount of time but i said i'll be AOK
