Its a low pressure area that forms over the ocean, and provided conditions are just right, it can become a tropical storm (or worse) a hurricane.

I enjoy reading books on the subject, like Basic Economics from Thomas Sowell. Lately, I've been reading about other political and economic systems such as national socialism, national bolshevism, and national capitalism. Interesting stuff to read about.
As far as debating the subject... pffft I'm not really good at that

I mean, i kinda dropped it after microsoft pretty much demanded xbox live membership and the whole putting texture packs behind paywalls (Oh microsoft!)
Either that or roblox, and im really not too keen on either tbh

Xbox Live is free on PC. I'd say go for it. I've been living the updates they've been adding. Also, texture packs made by other people are on a paywall by the choice of the pack creator, not Microsoft. Microsoft just gives them an option to sell their work on an official platform if they want to do so. I think that's fine.
