Nerzhei leaned down on one knee, as the pony talked, to get more in her height. She'd still be higher up, but it would get her closer, and she'd remain silent, until she had mentioned that last part, at which point there would be a pause, in which to respond. It were unlikely that the pony would know what her response would be in advance though. She did not seem angry per se. Low grade annoyed, but that were her permanent state it seemed, so that were hardly something to go by.
"...You're right. I accept that I erred, and made assumptions, where I should have asked questions, and made proper introductions. I will keep this in mind for another time."
Nerzhei were a dragon, and as such, did have some pride that made it hard for her to simply apologize. But she would accept that she had messed up, with how she approached things, and would acknowledge that she needed to do better.
"And the last part were a slip of the tongue. I meant eyes."
She'd get up on her feet again, and brushed some dirt off of the knee of her robe.
"If you feel able to walk, then I'm not going to intrude on that anymore. We're almost in town anyway. Predators shouldn't be this close."
"You're mistaken on this. Them and I, are not enemies. In fact, i much prefer them, to where I grew up.
That said, your buildings are not designed for beings of my stature, and I do not walk on all fours. The only exception, being the castle, where I went yesterday. I find your princess a very agreeable pony to be around. One who appreciates history, no matter how uncomfortable it might be for some."
She'd wait for them to be ready, before taking more steps, and moving at a pace that suited Delilah.
As they entered town, they'd get some looks. Specifically, Nerzhei would, as she were an odd sight, even for a dragon, but no one yelled at her, or threw things. Yet nor did they greet her. A mutual thing, as she didn't either, and seemed to just be focused on the hospital. For all intends and purposes, it appeared as they were more just tolerating each-others presence, rather than start anything, that none of them wanted to.
They didn't get far in, before Nerzhei would briefly halt though, and pinch the bridge of her nose, whilst closing her eyes. It would last a few seconds, and afterwards, she would continue to move on, not addressing this, lest others did so first.

"Oh, you're more like Spike than other dragons... How respectable! I like that!" Delilah says before schooling herself a bit better and beginning to follow the group at their side.
Delilah trots comfortably alongside her new companions, pausing at Nerzhei's action and observing the odd motion before cocking her head.
"Um... are you okay?" she asks gently.
"Thank you, for your kindness," Delilah says with a nod of her head.
