For me Twilight's closest friends are Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash they are always in the same merchandise,I have a lot of mlp merchandise when I was younger and it was always Twilight,Pinkie Pie,and Rainbow Dash plus Pinkie PIe and Rainbow Dash was the first friends she met in ponyville ,and then in The flawless song pinkie pie hugs twilight and Rainbow Dash

Flutterdash sucks,I mean,they barely like any of the same thing,I prefer Twidash way way more.

Not really,though they both grew up in cloudsdale,Rainbow Dash would stand up for anyone,especially later on fluttershy stays in the ground and never went to cloudsdale again.
I think Twilight Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash are best friends.
