If i understand correctly you mean: if i can make a model (simple 3d model) and in the future add an animation rig or make it so it works as vrm (vtube avatar)

Yes it is possible and i have done it in the past with a pony character.

Hey there everypony! Im Gorgan, im an fine arts student and I specialize on digital arts, (3d modeling, cinematography, video editing, motion captures, photogrammetry, 3d printing, Vrm’s and digital drawing and sculpting).

Made in Blender, on this model i used only materials (no textures or images). I use blender 11 years now   Thanks for your kind words!

she is a pony with cat ears (and cat attitude... so beware!)

she likes the color Red.

she doesnt like to be called cutiepunks...
