I've had 2 sonas since I was a child, and I was able to flesh them out after I discovered the best cutie marks. My second and current sona was created after drawing a plethora of sketches. You can also look at your favorite ponies for inspiration. You also may want to read up on color theory and which colors compliment each other best. The most important part is to keep the cutie mark and your sona's personality, interests, and hobbies in the forefront of the design. For example, if your sona's design is based off of nighttime, it'd probably be best to use a darker palette rather than light pastel colors. Also, keep your mind open to multi-colored manes, textures, and a variety of skin designs you can use. If you can't make up your mind with a cutie mark or what your sona stands for, I would create a design you love a lot and work from there.

Caledon Comet or Caledon Fluff come to mind. The green color is close to mint but he doesn't look very "minty" because of the neon eye colors. Caledon sounds masculine and its a closer shade of green to his body, which is very prominent!

I don't like screaming in any context, however, I'm able to take Jacksepticeye's intro. Most commentary channels in general are very obnoxious. I don't care about how a YouTuber perceives an event, I don't want to listen to quirky remarks every 3 seconds. I also don't want to be told what I just saw in a video. Yeah, we all saw it. I use YT to watch manlybadasshero, to listen to music, no-commentary gameplay videos (mainly tLoZ), MLP videos, etc. ^~^

my imaginary friends have always been pre-existing fictional characters but a lot more personified and fleshed out. Not sure if that counts since I didn't create them.

The most difficult part of asd for me is that I fall into a thin line between people believing I'm neurotypical because I do not have a visible disability (usually older people), or everyone around me avoiding me because they perceive me as strange (usually people around my age or younger). The first is awful because their tolerance to my behavior is lower. If I stim and lack eye contact I've been asked if I'm on drugs or they will take it personally offensive and disrespectful. The latter is awful because in those cases, I'm usually masking and attempting to act like the people around me. I seem to fail because of the feedback I've received. I've gotten a lot better with accepting the fact that not everyone is going to treat me how I would like or at least fairly.

Diagnosed with autism and got into my little pony as a toddler in the 2000s. MLP was my first special interest and my behavior toward the fandom was one of the reasons I was suspected to have autism in the first place.

X-Files by far, its one of my favorite shows ever. I found the characters more likable and the writing is more mature. Season 1 of supernatural was so good, though. Even in later seasons that I was not fond of at all, there were some gems that I still think about every now and then.

bluetooth is a big one for me. I find it more of a hassle than a simple cord. My connection is usually disrupted by another device, never seems to sync, etc. In this instance I'm thinking about headphones. I've used AirPods before which are nice, but the cord feels 'safe' to me, I dunno why.

After watching the G4 cartoon I'd imagine Rainbow Dash having the most drastic opinions on herself. I think G4 RB would be agitated by her G3 counterpart, and G3 RB would also be agitated by how obnoxious she thinks her G4 self is, but would keep it to herself.

Rainbow Dash was my favorite Pony growing up. Even though its Fluttershy these days, Rainbow Dash will always be so dear to me. When G4 came around I was resistant at first because it was so different, but it grew on me fairly quickly, and its my favorite. I seldom shared this interest with others online, ironically, so I've only grazed the surface of the community, but I'm happy to finally make it here! .
