Do you think it is scientifically possible to chemically produce an abiotic macromolecule with a controlled sequence of monomers mimicking DNA oligonucleotides to produce new life through synthetic polymers/proteins?  I’ve been thinking about this alot lately. Because it isn’t just the molecular structure but also the other factors needed for it to… you know, function how it’s supposed to. I’ll try reading up on it.
