What i meant by targeted towards teens and adults was something more along the lines of holding back less in the joke department, more choreography in battles, deeper lessons and yeahh i did say violence that's my bad i dont mean like mr davie level, just enough that throwing a punch is okay

So between real life situations, cutting EXTREMELY close, and my body telling me its time to pick up the cane old man, i can't let the opps know i failed to entertain bronies so while i wait for the antihistamines to kick in (im sick leave me alone.) Im writing to you all right now, and i wanna keep things on topic so lets rp you're the dinosaurs and im the astroid coming barreling at you at ~400+ mph at you with things you did not want to know but i love y'all for listening anyways lads I've watched the sonic 3 movie, then on the 17th i got a quest 3 and beat batman arkham shadow and stole 3 different cool alter egos in the span of 2 months I'm batman. Halfway typing that i realized i went off topic so lemme get right into it yeah? So, my little pony...right? Mlp, eh? You all love it, you all have the guilty pleasure of watching colorful horses, either you're open, or this is your biggest secret, it don't matter, you're here to converse with others with similar tastes mate. I know i told you all about the whole dream scenario i had, where i tried to implement myself into a forum filled with mlp stuff, and long story short, people didn't like me but i didn't care im stubborn. Im outta the funny juice rn but I'm gonna continue ranting just pretend this one's funny, just start laughing out of nowhere because how funny this is, please feed my ego. But you all are relatively chill, I've only ever had one bad interaction in the history of ever. I could definitely think of a few ideas for g6 in relation to a prior post, and im not exactly sure but...are the comics any good? Can twilight through a mean right hook at tirek in the comics? Because something g6 needs again is something completely new, and seeing as mlp has a LOT of character designs they can do, new templates, new canvases, everything, simply put, we have the resources. All of them. But what we need or likely who we need is someone who can put it all together. In fact i have an idea that completely contradicts my prior post A g4 series for get this.......teens and young adults lads. We're talking action, violence, and GREATER horror. We can do it, we seen things in the likes of mr davie, mayhem town (ew.) And so many others who have the uhhh ahahaha twisted mind, just a- just a glimpse in my dark twisted world 😈😈. But we CAN do it, and it SHOULD happen, albeit not canon since that would imply that since it happens in canon, anything related to g4 should follow suit, before g5. Which wouldn't make sense chronologically, because how can you have devil may cry esque action, and have g5 be nothing like that right? So, what i propose is two series, split off, different from one another, a non canon continuation of g4 that tailors to fan's needs and wants of a proper g4 comeback, and a g6 show that could experiment all they want, because they'll both have their fans. G4 with it's original formula, built upon for an older audience who grew up with it, and and g6 for a younger audience, doing something new that also pleases these fans (get lauren back lads) but g4 shouldn't be this whole MANLY like primal thing so that it isn't like an insinuated gatekeeping, just enough to where it could be something extreme but still be recognized as MLP. Now the question that would get is "yeah but uh, two of the same show wouldn't work cause like hasbro doesn't do that stuff mate" but you gotta remember, at some time, g4 has its original show, EQG, and pony life all at the same time. And g5 had 2 shows simultaneously. Now this could work by giving one show to one company that specializes in action and great choreography, and the other to a company that could make animations for kids like normal. Also the scary bit of everything right now is elon musk threatening to buy hasbro purely just for D&D which would've been fine, if that meant the other I.Ps didn't get the toy story 2 scene where andy said "i dont wanna play with you anymore 😐" and dropped woody into the void. Thats what im worried about, and we all know his...vision for certain things aren't the best, about 4% of all twitter uses left, which may not seem like a lot but that could very well be in the millions. But whatever happens, if g6 ends up in the same lane as g5 or could be the successor, the prodigy of g4, we'll still have our little ponies to entertain us, teach us and everything in between, because a franchise such as mlp can bring people together, differing opinions and views, set aside for our love of this show and franchise as a whole. If hasbro could see, if they could TRULY see what impact their show had on us, they'd realize they need to take care of their little gift to us. G4 knew what we wanted and albeit hesitantly, gave us something we'd never forget, that hasbro is still there and there's a big chance that with g6, our kids and the next generation can have the same spark we had when we watched g4 as kids. So im actually going into this right now as soon as i woke up, i sprung up from my slumber and decided to shake my fist at the ol mates up at hasbro since apparently its not just my little pony they managed to fumble the bag with, but seemingly almost every i.p the company owns, their most recent blunder seems to be the fact that they stated they wont fund anymore animated transformers movies, seeing how tfone performed, i think it looked good from what doomscrolling i did on youtube, but more on topic about our favorite unhealthy obsession with miniature pastel equines mate, hasbro fumbled hard, canceling g5 doesn't seem to be doing em any as good as keeping it going, yeah not much liked it and i get it, but hasbro mate you just alerted the horde by pulling the plug, you made the fans pick up the gauntlet and say "fine, I'll do it myself." Now if you'd let them I'd imagine they'd do a much better job at this, but it's nothing personal, sometimes companies just forget how their own franchise works i mean think about sega and how hiring ian flynn has essentially sent us into the renaissance age for sonic, it's because you have to hire someone who knows how the story should work, how the characters can have a personality different from one another, if you truly think that the issue was you simply forgotten how to run mlp, then hire someone who knows how to manage it properly, and hey it could've even overshadowed g4 with a fresh coat of cgi. So, speaking of things that'll never happen... Remember the whole ponyverse thing that they ol yellered'd? To be honest i think it was a good decision, sure it wasn't meant to fit in the canon, but the general story i pieced from the handful of screenshots, didn't look quite as good like it tailored to babies or toddlers more, yes i know who the intended targeted demographic was supposed to be but look at me, i am the targeted demographic now- LOOK AT ME. I am the targeted demographic. Now. What i think could give g6 a better headstart rather than just g4's story continued, which i have to throw this in, i didn't think worked, you made an entire story a decade earlier detailing to the smallest thing to create a message that can show anyone, that just a lil kindess can go a long way, that you need help sometimes, or that even your friends can help cushion your downfall if you have one and they're readily nearby. And g5 took the most recent aspect of g4 and said "oh yea uh twilight is like, the princess or somethin mate but we're gonna do stuff we do and not bring that detail any further hey?" No no i get it, bringing any g4 characters into the picture is gonna cost money, and mr krabs doesn't like spending money. Which hey, i don't mind saving, im scraping by each month too but dont be greedy hasbro. If your community, or one of them, knows you as a corporation that creates bad decisions soley just to save an extra dollar, and your fans create something so much better than your own that you feel the need to remove that pot of land they reside on, then you got a problem, don't make me tap the sign mate, be like sega Sega actively ENCOURAGES fan projects, even scott cawthon, scott cawthon even plays some of those fangames because he loves his community so much, sega keeps their fans in touch, and don't treat everyone like corporate property. What I'm getting at is, show your fans that you're there, that you're listening. They want to know they're being heard without boycotting or a mass riot. These are grown men who never step outside to feel the grass mate that stuff hurts us, so we know what a good series looks like, instead of shooting down fan projects, look at several of them, avoid mr davey, and survey what fans want in your franchise, the people want some semblance of danger or the very real possibility to die, we don't just want all talk and no action, partly why g4 was a success was the action. Hasbro, by all means mate you got a good fandom with plenty of people who'll support your little show to the end, but don't bring back g4 for g6, we had the end of g4, and it was good, but we can't stay in the past forever. Well hey, welcome brother im kind of new as well, just not as active

How's it going everypony, everybody, and all things in between, not wasting any time I'll start off what I've been doing that was so important that went inactive for the better part of my time here. I havent exactly found a reason to post nor browse, just active on discord or VRchat with 2 of my (only) best friends...when they arent busy with eachother. So dont worry i haven't exactly died yet. As of October 17th it seems g5 has ended, and to pay my respects... I watched tyt for the first and possibly last time. While the ending 2ws lackluster and not as impactful as say, its big sister g4.m, tgere was a certain message to be told, which in essence was a goodbye, saying not all good things will last long. Plans of g6 are already being rumored, and knowing hasbro, it could very well not be until 2027 or later, i wasn't entirely happy how everything ended, with there being no real conclusion of g5, most things we as the audience have missed out on storywise. The whole connected universe things they were originally going for before shooting down said bird seemed like an idea at the time, with a huge emphasis on inclusion, minus seemingly any generation under g4 which is...weird, specifically. I think now would be to put your hopes and dreams of g6 into this bucket that's slowly being bolied away from the furnace fire below fueled by money we call hasbro, and tell us all what Your version of g6 would consist of, and if connected to g4 and g5, just 4 or 5, what would you retcon and what would you bring back? Me personally, I'd start anew to avoid throwing progressively bigger pebbles at g4 before it completely shatters entirely.

Now I'm relatively new to the brony community, only been around since around last December. But in that time, I've spent a long while learning everything there is to know about our favorite magical equine learning about values of friendship tv show, and its various iterations throughout the years, with the 80s being home to g1, g2 having the 90s (doesnt have a show), g3 in the 2000s, which fun fact, my birthdate is only 5 days after g3's initial release of december 8th 2003, everyones favorite, g4, dominating the 2010s, and finally so far g5, which has had a bit of a rocky start and a split fanbase, now g5 for me was off the table for the longest time. Acknowledging the dislike from the fandom, i distanced myself from the youngest, but overtime exposing myself to a bit more and more of what g5 has to offer. Knowing the bare minimum from the first movie, i liked what i seen, much to other peoples...different tastes, so after a while, I've thought about starting to watch g5 in its entirety the same way I've done for previous generations. And if you want a summary of what i know about each generations show in nutshell here it is! G1: the very start of it all, not exactly having its footing, open to experimenting and started off with a bang with the pilot showcasing tirac (yes i spelled that right) who is a precursor to tirek of g4, tirac had a similar goal to nightmare moon of g4. G2: Fredbear does not exist. Spring bonnie does not exist. He does not exist. He does not exist. He does not exist. He does not exist. He does not ex- G3: Generation 3 was a bit of a hit or miss, often times being on the unbearable side and typically what most outside fandoms view g4 to be, gotta admit i love the background music. G4: and here's arguably the golden child of hasbro, lauren faust worked on the pilot of the show before taking the wheel of the show up until season 3(?) Feel free to correct me, until hasbro said "thank you for the horses, but we'll take it from here now, mine now sister YOINK." G5: a bit of a juxtaposition from prior generation shows, except probably mlp tales from g1, in a modern day setting, complete with country wide cross communication cellular devices and gen alpha brainrot soon! But enough about what is established set in stone and perserved in museums, how do I feel about that you may ask? I like it. You wont find me often hating something without checking it out first, and going based on a handful of episodes is like being on the 5ft end of the pool, but as soon as i explored the icebergs, i slipped and fell into the the bootes void. This lead me to reach out to others in the fandom, to make the journey feel less...alone, even from what i know, there's still a lot to learn here, so multiple dreams came up of me reaching to said fandom, to socialize, to make friends, annnd they all ended the same, i got bullied cause i didn't have a pony sona but a human one, and i was pushed away in said dream, you all owe me an apology for something out of your control and me being paranoid. Jokes aside, im more open now to looking for others who loves this series as much as i do, and so i reach out to you all, albeit not individually, I'd be here all day If you liked what you read and wanna be friends, talk, have discussions, or even just socialize one on one (talking, they're all talking) then you know where to find me, i might make more posts going in depth about my experiences like this one.
