How you became a fan of My Little Pony
I’ve always been a pretty open minded person , but I’ll be lying if I thought I would ever see myself get this deep into M.L.P. My younger brother used to watch it when we were younger so I never judged anyone for watching, however witnessing other people getting mocked for it at school really detoured me from it for a long time. A little over a year and 1/2 ago my curiosity KILLED me. I really wanted to know why this show full of friendly pastel ponies was loved by so many. The brony fandom specifically really intrigued me, I just wanted to know more.
8 seasons of F.I.M , 4 EG Movies, many fim fictions, countless online forums, countless fandom videos old and new, and the (2017) film , it safe to say I have a well developed love for it. The fantasy world building, the characters we know and love, the heart-warming stories, etc, the world of Equestria is one I can truly call a home. I never felt the need to express my attachment to this show at the same time I don’t really care if anyone knows. I’m 21 and now about to start season 9 for the first time, any thoughts going in the home stretch for F.I.M?
