Though this is only an My Little Pony fan character I made, Judge Veto, he has quite an intimidating look, sharp teeth, his design is based on Kibosh from Casper A Spirited Beginning. Only difference is Judge Veto is not a villain, he takes his duty in the underworld seriously, however he does not train ghosts to haunt the world of the living, instead, he orders their retrieval to the Bardo if any spirit of a deceased in the cosmos has not made it over to the afterlife.
