I don't know how you write your fan fictions and unless you wish to tell me, it's none of my business really. And how you make it is up to you. But what my MLP FIM G4 fanfic is about if I ever get around to finishing writing it, isn't just a simple matter of being reborn in a different world that is fictional, it's a change of loyalty. I am not loyal to a government that commits war crimes in the middle east, I don't care about the law where I'm from, if I were given the option I'd switch loyalties to this, Princess Luna and her sister Celestia, they are Monarchs but at least I have something in common with them, they don't like war. I've even got a licensed MLP shirt with Princess Celestia and Princess Luna picture on the front.

How I feel as a human about human matters is wholly irrelevant to me as a Pony. As a pony, I am an actively serving member of EUP, from a family with generations of service, and I am a sworn retainer of Princess Luna. Therefore, obviously, I am a staunch loyalist of the Canterlot regime.
Much moreso, I must say than many Ponies I've discussed these matters with, even if only briefly. Even a regime as enlightened and gentle as the Tetrarchy of Equestria is too much for some Ponies, it seems. We have many individualist anarchists and or freewheeling swashbuckling adventurers. They look down on service, or any serious obligations or responsibilities generally. That's not what being a pony means to them, but ponies of their kind are not what make Equestria what it is.

I'd love to be a member of that world as a Pegasi, truly, they understand the importance of duty and care. I don't look down on any other variant of Pony in Equestria whether Alicorn, Unicorn or Earth pony, I just don't feel like I would be the right type to wield magic responsibly. I wished I could be born in that fantasy world because then I could be raised with their values, integrate with them without being a toxic influence there. This is a shirt I have of both royal Princesses of Canterlot.
