    Blue eyes on humans is a genetic mutation... I think the blue-green eyes on Fluttershy goes well with the rest of her coloring (Plus it kinda matches the blue-green in her cutie mark) Pinkie's blue eyes matches the blue in her cutie mark. I don't think I would've given Rarity blue eyes, although I can't think of what color I would've given her. Blue eyes on humans are a genetic mutation...     I think if Matt and Trey were to include anything MLP, they'd just touch on the subject and not make a whole episode about it. I really wouldn't put it past them to include MLP, nothing is off limits to them (That may be why I like South Park)

    I've been playing with MLP since the 80's. I collect the 2 inch blind bag ponies and even repaint some of them.
