    I also like the community to be small and close. It's also nice to have more people who share the same interest though. The problem is the trolls that come in with the new wave of bronies.

    O man, the pet song was amazing. I hated it the first time but something to it made me listen to it for 5 hours straight while studying, and i gradually liked it the same way i gradually liked the show. But i agree with trying out the first 2 episode of both seasons. I personally watched everything in order and did not mind at all. The second time i watched it in the "correct" order or something similar.

    Thinking about it some more, watching it kind of reminds me of Disney movies. Maybe its because of the singing and character developments ¯_(ツ)_/¯ If i may add a recommendation, since you said you showed interest in Rarity, you could probably check out: [season 1 Episode 14 - Suited for Success]. One of my favorite because the character actually seems relatable and real, plus there's a song in it too Same goes for [season 2 Episode 09 - Sweet and Elite].

    I liked the show because its so innocent, ignoring the fact that some of the fan base perverted it (it wasn't so much when i first started). The show is generally fun to watch, just like how spongebob and simpsons are generally fun to watch. But what i like about My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic compared to those 2 mentioned is the quality of My Little Pony, its cute characters and their development throughout the show. I was hella confused when i first watched the show earlier this year but i gradually liked it even though i am still not entirely sure why i like it, but this is my try at explaining what i still like the show today.

    Yay I just posted an hour before you and my favorite is also Twilight. Great for you to not judge before seeing for yourself. Hope you enjoy the forums, everyone is nice from what I've seen.

    WOW! I love it, it looks great. Maybe you can use vectormagic to convert it to a more smooth and crisp look, as well as re-size it as much as you want without losing quality.

    Awesome episode. Twilight was so awkwardly adorable with her dancing One of my favorite episodes thus far. Did anyone catch what Pinkie said right after Rarity woke up after fainting (right after the scene where the Mane 6 come to Canterlot)? Sounded like she was saying something backwards.

    Fellow Canadian brony reporting in. Learned of the show through youtube and some image boards. Was confused at first why people liked it, but then I watched it myself. My like for the show just kept on increasing, even up to now. Favorite is Twilight Sparkle because she is so awkwardly adorable , especially in the latest episode. Dunno what else to say so that's it for now.
