Feel free to elaborate if you feel it will clarify your answer. 9.. i loved the idea of derpy as a background pony that said hi to the fandom whenever she appeared. when she showed up on the last round up it was awesome. it was a little over the top, but it was still awesome =p 4. nope 5. Did you know about the Derpygate crisis as it was happening (January-February 2012)? i was aware that people thought she was awesome, but at this time i was mostly just watching episodes and didnt involve myself too drastically with the fandom so i didnt know about the big dispute 6. At the time, what was your opinion on Derpy Hooves’ appearance in “The Last Roundup”, the censorship, and the following crisis? Is your opinion any different today? I loved when derpy was in the last roundup, it was one of my favorite parts of the show. when they fixed her voice i got really pissed off because i feel they had no reason to do it. i remember watching the lion king for the first time in a long time today and the heyena named ed reminded me of derpy because he obvioulsy has some sort of mental problem lol. i have never heard of people making a big fuss over him before, and for good reason. its just a cartoon, dont be offended by it. I still like derpy because she was originally a background pony and has appeared in episodes after the last roundup. people still loved her before she spoke, so our oppinions of her shouldnt change just because hasbro changed her voice back. 7. On a scale of 1-10, how involved were you in the events during Derpygate? 3. i thought she was cool and i talked about her a bit.

theres a lot of fan pandering now (episode 6 especially). i dont like it much, but bitching never helped anything. its still a good show.

ive had several but my favorite was one when i was skiing. i have a rd sticker on my ski helmet and when i was at the top of the hill about to drop into the terrain park i hear this guy yell "HOLY SHIT HE HAS RAINBOW DASH ON HIS HELMET!!" i got so excited cus this was my first brony encounter when the fandom was a lot smaller so it was crazy. he was up the hill though so i couldnt turn back to brohoof him :c still acknowledged him and smiled tho (which lasted about the whole run lol). i met him at the top of the hill after the next chairlift ride and we talked for a bit, he was a pretty cool guy. ive seen people under 8 years old at cons before. it doesnt cost much money and if theres one close to you maybe you could convince your parents to let you go, just tell them how important it is to you. and as for the weeaboo bronies that have really bad confunk and are really awkward in genearl: just look at the massive amounts of spaghetti as cheap entertainment, its not that bad.

/mlp/ named him snowflake on the day of release, and i seriously doubt that hasbro would support making the name "roid rage" cannon (not that he has even been given a cannon name yet)

if im tired (which is most of the time) i act like fluttershy, but when im around friends im like a rd/pinkie hybrid lol. i like to do ski tricks like rails and spins and stuff so i guess that makes me kind of like rainbow, and i dont know when to shut up sometimes when im talking with friends so that makes me kind of like pinkie in a way =p

i never once said that it wasnt bullshit that other people judge us. i just said it was a good idea if he wanted to maintain a "respectable" social status

hey i remember these. woke up one morning to find my stepmom bought my brother and me these fruit snacks as a joke thought it was funny and was gonna eat them later ended up taking them down stairs and opening the package mfw the packages inside are g1 ponies and the snacks look more like chewed wads of gum than they look like ponies

as far as everything on your computer goes, thats fine. its always been my opinion that what you do on the computer is your business because the internet is a place where you can do what you please and not have to worry about the real life repercussions because of the anonymity factor. so in that sense, keep doing whatever makes you happy. however, as far as the real life issues go, thats where you may need to cut back. im not going to lie and say i dont have pony things in my daily life (i.e shirts or a sticker on my ski helmet), but its best to keep it out of places where it would be unwanted. for example, i only wear a shirt when im with friends who like/know about the show. if youre around people who would think negatively about you for it (at least people who matter, like family), then its best to detach yourself from all things pony =p

before my parents found out that i liked the show they happened to stumble upon some fanart that i drew. my mom didnt know what it was and she asked me about it. i said it was from something that i liked so i got bored and i drew it. she thought it was from a video game i used to play when i was a kid so i just left it at that. i had a mini heart attack the second she brought it up lol (i decided to stop hiding it so much and left my computer open to mlp desktops ect. she eventually ended up finding out cus i told her) ~~~ this happened shortly after my mom figured out that i liked the show. i had ordered a shirt from redbubble and had worn it to school that day (under my jacket of course because 0 power level at the time) when i got home i took off the jacket and was sitting in my room on the computer my mom ended up coming into my room to close the window because she thought it was cold she looks at me and exclaims "nice shirt!" and starts laughing i was really high at this time so this kind of scared me and i didnt know what to do rofl i grabbed a blanket and put it over the shirt and said "no mom stahp lol" she says "so wut u just wear the shirt around the house just because and you dont want anybody to see it?" "yeah pretty much lol" "no let me see the shirt" "meh fine" show her the shirt and she talked a bit (idr what she said) then left thinking to myself "wtf just happened?" and felt mildly ashamed looking back both these stories are actually pretty funny but it was really embarrassing at the time haha =p

FFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!! honestly...leave it to howard stern to make totally biased statements about mlpfans. its irritating because you know he knows the truth behind it..i wouldnt doubt that they had to go from person to person for a long ass time to find that many people to exploit on their show; you know there are plenty of clips of normal people that they didnt use because they werent funny. hes just making this to bash other people and get laughs from the others that dont understand it. yet another thing to make the mlp fanbase look bad. -.(\

their designs are less than desirable and honestly they hurt to look at lol. it might cost them a bit more to make them look nicer, but it would make everybody happy, and people would actually buy them. id never find myself buying one of these tbh

im setting up a RAT atm. maybe i could mess around and try to inject a file thats some sort of mlp trojan. i could make it change desktop icons or replace all of their .jpg/.gif/.png files with a pic of derpy saying "i just dont know what went wrong".

i was at the eqd panel and i didnt hear/see that joke so hopefully it didnt offend anybody (why would it anyway? its just a joke). and as for jokes in the hallways, its whatever, if thats what a group of friends wants to talk about then it shouldnt really effect anybody if they werent being a disturbance to anyone. its kind of sad that people would talk shit to other people for sexual preference while they are at a MY LITTLE PONY CONVENTION. i mean honestly, come on..really? youre at a mlp convention and youre making fun of people for being different? ok bro lol... all in all, i didnt really hear or see anything negative at the con. the worst thing i heard was when i was talking to a guy and he called it spaghetticon 2012 lol. it was pretty fun in general and i hope everybody had as good of a time as i did
