Favorite is Discord. He's way too epic, funny, and unique as a villain

Least favorite is Diamond Tiara; too bossy, rude, and arrogant for my taste.

Most likely Pinkie Pie because I have bountiful amounts of energy each day. The main point is that both of us like having fun.

Laughter. I'm a joking clown and laugh at almost any joke. A lot of people don't tolerate my laughing.

Possible, but most of the episodes would focus on the main characters. If they do make a Derpy episode, I would be quite surprised. And if you know me, I'm not the biggest fan of Derpy.
