Since most of my collection is away in storage, I went to dig up pictures of my pony wall. But then it made me sad because I realized that almost all of my precious G1's had to be sold to help pay for college. Very strongly considering getting them all back. Especially Wigwam and Parasol. And Gusty. ; n ; I completely skipped the G2 generation when they came along and only got Ivy, but now I regret it because they seem cute to me now - just different! (Collectors sometimes say this was when My Little Pony was going through puberty, haha.) I hung onto all my G3's because I was waiting for them to go up in value even though I don't like them as much, le sigh. As far as my G4's, I've only obtained a handful of blindbag recolors and a Plumsweet brushable. I wasn't going to go for the bushables because I can't really afford to rekindle my collecting hobby, but I caved and got her just the other day. This may lead to more - I don't know.- 762 replies

This show is like a boomerang for me - it just keeps coming back. I first got into it about two years back when I lived in Hong Kong and my flatmate and I had very little options when it came to English television, so she downloaded Adventure Time and asked me to try it. Watching became a weekly event after a while. Lately I've been noticing gifs on tumblr about the plot getting all deep and intense with more serious issues. I'm not sure how I'm going to like it, but it made me want to get into it again. I still have a LOT of catching up to do, but darn it, for such a perfect OT3 as Finn/Bubblegum/Marceline, it's probably worth it! I want them all scrunched together in a big fluffy ball of love. (Marshall/Fiona/Gumball is just as lovely.) Pardon me. Too many feels.

Thanks guys! I'm not sure how to feel about the Big Sister posters though. Oh, and this forum has a character limit? That's rather interesting. I'm sure it's for the best in the end, though. Nothing is worse than a whole post consisting of "lol ok". Haha.

I haven't seen all the episodes yet, but I sometimes watch when I find the time. I also don't really consider myself a "brony" and try to only skirt around the fringe of the fandom, since a lot of its strange ways seems to land a sharp pain into the heart of my childhood at times. But I certainly have nothing against the fans in general. They're great - just a breed I'm not quite used to. : ) One thing that drew me to this site (though nothing against Canterlot) is that it's Generation-friendly, from what I understand. I noticed a section for discussion on previous generations, which is sadly rare on "brony" communities. Also a toy collecting section - yay! Aaaaanyway, I'm almost 24 years old, (God, I don't want to think about it!) and I'm a part-time artist. You can find my pony work and lots more on tealeafillustrations.com if you care to look. I like lots of cartoons like the Avatar series and Adventure Time. Animated movies are great too. This is probably because I majored in 2D Animation for two years before switching to fine arts. I'm into concepting for children's books but I have a lot of trouble finishing what I start. A also love chocolate milk, have two pet mice, am obsessed with traveling, and watch the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson almost every night.
