    Yeah, they do need to show something impressive. Spitfire can probably do some jaw dropping tricks. Maybe they haven't let Rainbow join is because they know that she could crush them in every race and take all the fun out of it for the audience

    I agree that Applejack needs a song, obviously because she hasn't actually ever had one. I want a song from Dash even more though because she has a much better singing voice. Lets just get solo songs from them all and call it good

    Fluttershy has had plenty of episodes featuring her and good ones. I think that given her popularity you have nothing to fear. With regards to this if anyone has a right to complain about their favorite character not being prominent it's the Applejack fans

    To be honest I think it's really awesome that they are trying to appeal to our fanbase, I do kind of wish they had sat down for a half hour and tried to figure out exactly what would appeal to us, but I appreciate the effort. I hope our response doesn't scare them away from us

    I think that we're reading into this waaaaaay to much quite honestly. The 7 deadly sins are just different ways of being evil and any villain is bound to represent at least one. I don't see a sin that discord represents, and as for somber he seems to have afflicted the people with depression or sadness more like

    Well, I think we know much more about Pinkie than Dash or Fluttershy. We've seen her family, what they did, and more or less how they interact. One thing I would say is that there seems to be more that we don't know about Pinkie though

    Tigerstar/Hawkfrost anyone ? Yeah, no matter the fandom you see some pretty dang weird pairings, Twixie isn't so much weird ( in my opinion) as unfounded

    If they show interest then that's awesome. Just don't be pushy. Just because the show can be enjoyed by everyone doesn't by any means mean that it will be. I think the fact that you've diffused hatred of the show is really cool, but over enthusiasm and shoving the show in people's faces is part of why it is hated in the first place. Good luck with your efforts!

    I don't even see the rivalry element in their relationship. Twilight says only a few sentences to Trixie the entire episode and generally doesn't even seem to care the entire time. For Trixie's part she probably feels threatened by Twilight but is unlikely to try to turn it into a rivalry because it's pretty obvious that she would get crushed. I agree, I don't understand the shipping, but then again I don't understand the appeal of Trixie in general. Whatever floats your boat though

    They all have some out of element moments but overall they represent their elements very well. I'm going with Pinkie Pie though if I have to choose

    I was referring mostly to her friends hating her, so yes, Shining Armor was mad but he was also under mind control. As for her friends and Celestia? Yes they probably were disappointed in her. They had every right to be. But there is a massive difference between disappointment or anger and actually hating someone. Hatred is much stronger than either of those emotions even though those emotions often accompany it.

    None of them even seemed angry with her (except Celestia). Rather they seemed disappointed and confused, not knowing what to do. Again, I don't see how that is hating on her

    For the example from Baby Cakes, Pinkie was mad because Twilight somewhat condescendingly assumed that she wouldn't be able to handle responsibility (Twi's intentions were pure and she was somewhat correct). I'd probably have been pretty angry too. Also, it is a bit strange to call people out for disrespecting Twilight's opinion when she is guilty of that as often (or even more) than anyone else in the show. And as for the canterlot wedding example, I think they were fully justified in how they interpreted the events. Without the bigger picture and foreknowledge of Cadence Twilight does seem crazy with jealousy and paranoia that episode. And none of them hated on Twilight, they just chose to comfort the crying stressed out bride to be rather than the one who made her crying and stressed out. I think it would have been nicer if one or two of them helped Twilight deal with the rejection from her brother, but it seems a bit extreme to call it hating on Twilight.

    Well yes, yes she does. I think part of the problem is that she is quick, quick to anger (Dragonshy, numerous others) quick to forgive (over a barrel, sonic rainboom) quick to embarrassment ( mare do well, ponyville confidential) and quick to stick up for her friends ( cider squeezy, cutie mark chronicles). She's just a very intense person and her impulsiveness causes her to spit out whatever she's thinking pretty quickly unless it would embarrass her or hurt a friend ( although that is a line she'll sometimes accidentally cross). The short answer is yes though

    It's one of those things that is funnier in restrospect, even more so when you realize that Twilight is a deeper more interesting character than everyone in the Twilight books combined and they're made for an older audience

    Mare Do Well felt like a story written by someone who either didn't know the characters very well or someone who hated Dash (or both). Dash's ego is a problem (IMO part of it is to help her cope with worrying whether she can become a wonderbolt, but I digress) but there were better ways of trying to solve the problem, namely talking to her. Orchestrating another friendship lesson? Great memory of 5 episodes ago Twi, that never goes wrong. Locking your friend out of the loop and letting them draw all the wrong conclusions? Yeah, you LOVED it when that happened to you Pinkie Pie. And remember when you let your ego run away with you Rarity? When Dash saved your life and forgave you in a heartbeat? I don't even know how to explain any of their behavior. Were they being jerks or hypocrites? At the bakery, were they having a nice inside joke to purposefully piss Dash off, or legitamately enjoying their heroism? Was Fluttershy's fly-by a calculated assault on what was left of Dash's self confidence or merely basking in the praise of the crowd? Either way by the time Dash is left miserable and alone on a cloud, questioning her self-worth I had lost just about all respect for their plan. And if Scootaloo behaved like that in a fanfic the author would get ripped for the sheer OOCness

    I agree entirely. Words cannot express how much I agree with you. If it's a good villain (like discord) use them again once, however I'm against reusing other villains like Trixie and Gilda.

    I don't listen to a whole lot of brony music, but I'm going to give it to Ponyphonic. He/she created the ultimate Luna song I also like some of mandopony and acousticbrony's collaborations like Loyalty and I'll fly higher Micthemicrophone's work is pretty cool too

    Ha ha, I voted that she'd like cupcakes better just because I can somehow see her liking the sweeter, less mature sort of food. Somehow I associate muffins with maturity, so I said muffins for Twilight, Rarity and AJ

    I think that Scootaloo needs an episode, but yeah I kinda agree. I haven't loved a lot of their episodes although Sisterhooves Social and Ponyville Confidential were pretty good. I'm not sure how much more they can do with them as characters so yeah, I guess we have to wait and see what they decide to do

    Either Pinkie Pie or Rainbow Dash I think. Just because they have good senses of humor, know how to not take things too seriously and they're so free... I don't know why but it would definitely be one of them

    I'd like this a lot too. Our rascally little crusader definitely needs some more screen time and info on her family couldn't hurt. It would be interesting in and of itself if they showed her parents because it would destroy 99% of Scootaloo fanfics.

    Pros: hopefully full of nice people No haters Could probably pool out more awesome fan work than ever before No one would look twice at your awesome new shirt (except to compliment it) Cons: dunno how comfortable I am electing one of us Might get over saturated and make exposure to the show less enjoyable, too much of a good thing and all If someone was born and didn't like the show they might be shunned by their peers Political tensions between parties against or in favor of clopping We'd be a black sheep among the other countries, since they'd have no bronies at all Everytime an episode came out the entire country would shut down The hub could blackmail our country mercilessly and get away with it
