"Well, I just followed you to ask some directions. Do you know how to get to Cloudy Corner?"
The tension had been getting to her and suddenly it all came out: "I feel like SUCH an outsider here! Everyones dressed so fancy and I don't know how to talk to them... I didn't even wanted to come, my mother made me. I didn't know what to do with myself, you know, after I finished school. She wanted me to go to Canterlot to figure things out. But all this scares me."
When she finished, she suddenly realized she'd snapped, and felt very stupid. Why did she just blab that all out to strange ponies? She was sure they thought her not only weird, but whining, too. They seemed like nice ponies, and since she was probably staying for a while, she didn't want them to dislike her. She tried to grin. "I'm sorry. It's nice weather, isn't it?"
Looking at the waitress, she said: "Sorry to have bothered you, it seems you have a lot on your plate."
