So true. Waited approximately 3 hours to get in line for the Hasbro booth. There were plenty of sellers handing cash to people in line to buy more for them, so that they could get around the limit. What slime! It was an absolute rush once at the front counter I'll tell yah. Did you get somewhat of a deal on ebay?

Kill the user above with the item they give you!

The lack of security using Internet Explorer leads to a terrible virus on you computer, devastating your pony content that you have worked on for months that was not externally backed up, causing you to have a brain aneurysm and die. I leave a Swiffer duster. -
Wow that is pretty much it! Thanks for showing. For the payoff I agree it is a bit of a hassle. I guess to expand on the idea that already exists would be to make it an annual or biannual release, since obviously new questions could be asked and attitudes may change over time. However, @Harmonic Revelations has really shown that they know what they're doing, so it's up to them as they staked the claim first. I don't know for sure how it can be done, but what do you think of the second "ride-along" with a moderator suggestion? This could be done possibly with a moderator showing via a live stream recording program how moderating is done. Obviously only time will tell but I would think more trained moderators the better? That I suppose that segues into a topic in itself about who and how moderators are ordained.

Those really are the "prestige" pieces of a brony collection. It must be an honor to own both. Congrats! Among other items, I too own a DJ PON3. Got it there...war stories (shudder). Note: What is interesting is the semi-vertical mold line on DJ's mane (located on the light blue/non sparkly stripe section of her mane towards the middle). At first I thought it was damage, but turns out all have them. Just wanted to let you know so that one day you don't have a minor freakout like I did.

Nailed it. It's like most other subcultures. For example, Punk rock. One may listen to and enjoy Punk rock music, but they may not consider themselves a punk or punk rocker. The choice is as you said in the said individual. As for the fanart element, that may be a tough indicator. Plenty of bronies are not as talented in those areas/don't produce, however they still love MLP just as much. I still understand what you meant though,

I haven't found anything via a search so here it goes: I suggest that there is some topic where administrators and moderators either interview each other or get interviewed (perhaps monthly or biannually) about doing what they do. This could range from sharing funny situations while moderating to technical updates to their personal brony-ness. They are our police and firemen, it would be fun to learn more about them. Another thing that would be fun that is in the same vein is a forum equivalent of a ride-along, where a member can sign up and learn how to do what moderators do. Yep, that's mah suggestion.

The Sims is really the modern, digital version of playing house. This can be connected to or at least extended to the concept of playing with dolls. Either way, it is playing or SIMulating actual human life. There is a strong appeal to this concept, for it has been around since civilization. Only the form of this play has changed over time. With that said, I am not a fan, nor a hater either. It simply does not apply to my sense of fun. Sure I had my gamer streak with XBOX 360, but then I realized that it was not earning me anything in the real world. Gaming is still fun, but it has the tendency to unintentionally rob you of real life, which is superior. My critique of playing the Sims is just that, playing a life as opposed to living one. Sure the Sims is indeed fun and all, but it like some other games more than most can figuratively suck people in and distract them from the physical world around them. (Good for you if you read all that. haha. )

Just wanted to give the heads up to any of you who couldn't make it to this year's Comic Con last week, the DJ Pon3 exclusive is up on Hasbro's website: http://www.hasbrotoyshop.com/exclusives-my-little-pony-2013-special-edition-pony?CD=96&ST=SO&PG=1 Got mine there, but get yours while they're still there! That and if you want to pre-order the Princess Twilight collector grade figure (yuck ) http://www.hasbrotoyshop.com/exclusives-my-little-pony-princess-twilight-sparkle-figure?CD=96&ST=SO&PG=1

Indeed. At Comic Con it was kind of alluded to that DJ Pon3 will be involved in a song, perhaps even sing! "Daniel: 15-20 new songs in S4. Bringing in new singers (new characters). Somebody joked “Derpy” and Daniel asked who else. People call out tons of names and he repeats a few out loud: Luna, DJ-PON3, Sapphire Shores."

Any other ponies to get the Swarvoski Crystal treatment?
Party Cannon replied to SaburoDaimando's topic in Merchandise
DJ Pon-3's SDCC exclusive status definitely added to its appeal in addition to the character and Swarvoski connection. It will be interesting to see if the Twilight Sparkle one will sell as well. I think that will be the ultimate deciding factor as to the future of the line. Personally, I don't see it happening at this point. Though I did a lot to get my DJ Pon-3 while at Comic Con and cherish it, Funko's vinyl line is the best collector series. -
Alicorns, though obviously of the same group of pony-ness, seemed to be a "breed" of their own, in that they were born and not made. Alicorns have more of a horse like appearance while ponies...have a pony like appearance. As @ said I too went from opposed to neutral about Alicorn Twilight after Equestria Girls, possibly because it let out some air out of an overinflated tire of a situation. I would prefer Twilight relinquishing her Princess-hood and confounded wings in Season 4, but will look past it if it doesn't happen. Just glad she wasn't my favorite pony.

WeLoveFine without a doubt has THE best pony shirts, but it may be mostly due to them having a monopoly on them. Nonetheless, they have proven themselves as the best. Most of my t shirts have ponies on them now, probably 80%. I don't have a particular favorite hanging in the closet, but one of my recent acquisitions from Comic Con is this: http://www.welovefine.com/4468-luna-allover.html This is the only sublimation shirt I have so other than Luna it adds to its specialness. What is one of your favorite ponies @@Fluttering High? You should start from there I would say.

At SDCC 2013, The Hub had voting booths for choosing who is your favorite pony of the Mane Six. You received a corresponding campaign button. http://www.hubworld.com/hubworld/specials/mlpfim-fan-favorite/?adFree=true If you signed a release form, you were asked to enter a video booth, and a mini interview was conducted asking why you voted for your pony. Some of our interviews will be chosen to run on September 1st during the Fan Favorite Marathon. You may see yours truly!

movies/tv Your favorite "Bad" films
Party Cannon replied to DiscordAnarchy's topic in Media Discussion
Got a few, most of them being "bad" animated films like the Miramax release of the Thief and the Cobbler and The Magic Voyage (1992), but also live action ones like Revenge of the Sith, which is actually my favorite Star Wars film. BUT...hands down my favorite "bad" movie that is actually tied for my favorite film is
