Anuska Kolovka

Anuska was born in a little town of Poniia, Stapovets. Her father, Stanislav, was a military officer, and her mother, Katyusha, the deputy mayor of the town. She grew up happily in a peaceful life with her parents and her little sister Dasha. Fond of military culture, she was always at the military ceremonies, and where sometimes found in the ceremony, marching and singing among the soldiers. She just couldn't help it. Of course, she were always taken away, but this is how she bacame famous and appreciated in her town from her younger age.

One day, this peaceful life ended when the leader of Poniia, Emperor Dimitri Lokalov, were found assassinated. Anuska was only 12, and this was the begining of a big change in her life. A new leader, Aleksandr Maniakov, close to the Equestria's leader, took the power in Poniia, abolishing and repressing a lot of traditions of the country, on the pretext of wanting the country to be more modern and competitive. The lives of every Poniian changed, a lot became poorest than they were, while the richest became more and more rich, going from an egalitarian and traditional country, to a more free but elitist country in a few years. Then when Anuska was 18, she spoke to the Poniian people for the first time, declaring that it was too much, that she didn't recognize her beloved country, and didn't trust in Aleksandr policy anymore. Her message was well received by most of the Poniian, and she received her cutie mark this day. Then a revolutionary movment started to rise in the shadow, led by Anuska herself, supported by her family and friends. She organized the murder of the President at the age of 20, letting someone of her movment taking the power. At that time, they discover that Aleksandr was only an accomplice of Equestria, which was planning to expand it's supremacy all over the world, imposing it's point of views and traditions.

This is how the movment became an international civil army. When Anuska only wanted her country to become what it was in the past, she decided it was time for Equestria to end it's domination on the world, and let every country to be the master of themselves. Countries should be independant, and Equestria was a menace for this independance and freedom. The Red Star Movment became the Red Army, spreading out all over the world. Then she became the leader of a world military revolution, known by almost everyone in the world.

Anuska is an altruist, humble, and brave pony. She always thinks about others' interests above her own. She used to be a kind and compassionate person, but events in her life have led her to someone bold, resentful and intransigent at some point. She is observant, always thinks twice before acting or ordering something. Yet, she still is attentive and take every advice, complaint or opinion into consideration. She always want to do her best for the others and the wolrd, even doing bad things.

The daily pressure on her shoulders, the several deaths and conflicts she is responsible of and atrocities she has seen and lived led her to a shred of madness, making her a authoritarian pony, going from a pacifist person, open for conversation, to a pony looking to exterminate all of her opponents. 

Anuska is a pale yellow pegasus with red mane. Her eyes are light blue, she always has a determined and nostalgic look, and her body is thin and quite elegant. She has a tendency to keep a proud and straight posture, trying to impose herself among the others.

Also, as the leader of a military movment, she most often wears a green military uniform and an officer cap, close to the soviet uniforms. She has a red star on her cap, symbole of her movment, and her cutie mark. 

Cutie Mark : Anuska's cutie mark is a red star with a blue whirl. The star has been the symbol of the Kolovka's family for generations, symbolizing the protection and guidance (the lucky star), order and the fight against darkness, In the country's traditions, the star is also the symbol of a lucky and prosperous destiny. It is also obviously linked to the sky. The red represents strenght, revolution, love, but also violence and anger. Besides, the whirl here means an important change (positive and negative) and an elevation. It also symbolizes the fact of taking important decisions. The blue symbolizes dreams, the sky, truth and loyalty, but also melancholy. In the country's culture, the blue is linked to the quest for power and immortality. 

She nearly drowned when she was young. Her best friend died while saving her.
