Backstory:
Melanie was born and raised in the Bat Pony colony, Hollow Shades, and rarely strays far from there. She discovered her love for stargazing as a young filly, when she couldn't sleep one evening and just started staring up at the moon and stars and she discovered a new constellation, which was then named after her.

She is a little shy at first but once she warms up to a pony, and feels comfortable enough around them, she will open up more.
