From an early age, Phil was all about lazing around and being a slouch. In the morning he'd refuse to get up early enough for school and even accept being late, while in the afternoon he spend most time inside, playing video games - anything else would include physical exertion. His parents tried their best to get him to be more active, making him mow the lawn and helping out in his parents shop, in the end with no avail.
Graduading from highschool with more or less mediocre grades, his mothers comment was an emotionless "well, could have been worse"
When his parents closed their shop he had to find a real job (instead of helping his parents), and so he moved into the nearest city. Developing a strong aversion against working a job, Phil used the rather small amount of cash he had to invest in stocks, hoping for some quick money and failing just as fast. Now being forced to pick a job, he got hired as a night shift guard at the local mall, which was enough to pay the bills. Over time though, his stock trading began to show solid numbers that eventually turned out larger than his paycheck
By now he's living in a quieter part of the city, paying back the loan for his condo
Usually to lazy to do anything, he spends his days sleeping through most of the morning. However, he's eager to join any activities his friend are coming up with, even if it takes some encouragement to get him out of the bed.
Usually spending most of his day in front of the computer, he tends to talk to various friends and might even be a little bit too talkative and tends to sometimes drift into not so innocent themes.

slightly "heavier" due to not getting that much exercise, which is countered by being to lazy to cook. The fur near the hooves has a very faint tint of green while his back is a bright white color.
