Stormy

Stormy is a competitive and athletic pegasus.  He had a few friends that he liked racing with.  They would air race through the clouds.

One day, he was dared to go into a storm to see if he could do it.  He took his friends up on the dare and managed to make it through.  But upon exiting, he was struck by lightning and knocked out.  He crash landed near Heart Painter's home, so she took him in and nursed him back to health.  After learning his error and spend time with her, he learned to loosen up.  He then discovered that he had some static buildup in his mane and tail after the lightning strike.  He tried practicing and learned that he could create electricity.  He then earned his cutie mark, which allowed him electricity generation. 

Stormy is competitive and loves action and air racing.  He isn't afraid of anything and will take anyone's dare if challenged.

After spending time with Heart Painter, he learned a bit of humility and to loosen up a bit.

Stormy is a sky blue pegasus with light blue and red mane and tail.  He also wears red earrings and has black marks underneath his eyes.  His cutie mark is in the likeness of a storm cloud.
